I know deals from WD recertified are flooding HUKD but I think this deal was posted, I missed it, and expired but I think WD have some new(old) stock in so I bought 3. Not sure if it's a miss price as the 2TB is the same price as the 1TB. (ssshhh keep it quiet......)

If and when I get mine I'll stress test them for 15 days and if they survive then I'll keep the ones that do, and send the failures straight back!

Standard delivery is £6.76
£10 Off for orders over £100 WDSTORECPN ( think that's automatically applied now but try the code anyway)
Free shipping for orders over £50.

Would you really buy a hard drive that was broken once? Even if it's being sold by the brand itself, I dint think it's worth taking the risk of losing your data.

It all depends what you use it for. If you're going to use it for mission critical or personal stuff them you deserve it if you lose your data, but if you use it for mass media storage or downloaded games or DLC so on and so forth, then I'm sure that if it goes boobs up you have nothing to worry about. Common sense really. Don't ever put anything important on these drives.

WD had more drives going for £39.99 earlier but OOS now.

One of the drives I bought has been making clicking sounds. It wont even let me do smart tests on it. The test errors out after a couple of seconds! Think I'll send that one back. The other two drives are still happily chugging away doing Badblock tests.
