those listed are not the portable series as they are 3.5" desktop drives which need a mains adaptor, this drive just needs a usb cable for power

Can u use these on wiis to play backups?

tvaustin - definitely - and compared to an Iomega drive i used to use, the WD is much faster at loading them too

Price now gone up to £44.99

Bum, i just spent £30 on a 120gig drive. Never mind!

I picked one up yesterday in store, the display said £39.99 it came up at the till as £44.99 i pointed at the display and he took it down to £39.99 so they were still honouring the £39.99 price yesterday, unexpire?
