What would you recommend?
That's quite a lot more than the £41.99 I paid on WD's outlet store a couple of days ago.

£41.99 for the 4TB version?

Yep, got 2 for 83.98 well pleased. Arrived via UPS coming from Holland, brown boxed but at that price who cares. When I went back to the site they were OOS so no point posting but they come in and out of stock regularly.

p.s. I made a slight error saying outlet it's actually recertified.

I'll have to keep an eye out, I thought they were normally £60-something for the 4TB version.
Hi, I received the 4TB version of this probably in late May.

When I hook it up to my PC it's stating a used data of 440 MB which when I look deeper it mentions WD apps setup as an application plus user manuals. A folder for Windows apps. A folder called "extras" containg Adobe app and another WD app. A folder called "bin" containing more apps and A folder called "locale".

I was hoping to see just a blank drive. Can I delete all this and just use as a basic drive or would deleting it be a foolish action? TIA
