same price at pcworld. Prefer to buy from there - at least you know it is paying the wages of uk employees who pay tax, and the company also pays tax and profit is retained in the UK. Amazon takes everything out of the UK economy.

Draw power ?????

Yup, use one of these bus powered drives on an xbox and eventually it will drain all the power from your xbox. Result no kilowattmegabytings left and your xbox will no longer power on unless you take it to Cex and get it recharged....

Cex have a special machine for recharging xboxes and re-gassing Plasma TV's

If they both come with same length of warranty then I don’t see any reason why one should not save £30

Not had a wd go on me yet. It's only going to have xb games installed. Worst that can happen I have to download/install 4tb of games again

You should be able to manage the files via the usual method I assume

Yes,
You can connect them both at the same time to the xbox and just go to settings>storage select the hard drive you want to move items from and it will prompt you to say where, just select your new HD and off you go

Has anyone read the specs on Amazon? 1MB per second? 0 RPM? Number of USB 2.0 ports, 1?

No way for real?

I saw this and my heart sank... Thought I'd bought it yesterday, but luckily it was still in my basket, result, and mucho heato.

Had the 2tb older version of this on my Xbox One, brilliant drive, WD over Seagate every time.

Why do I keep on getting a notification for this deal? Are you editing the deal every 5 mins OP?

If you want this or thinking of getting for Xbox One i would suggest paying the extra £10 and going for the WD MyBook 4tb one what runs off it’s own power, just my 2 cents

I'd recommend the exact opposite... powering this (i.e. via the USB) from the xbox works fine and saves you using another electric plug socket, for no gain. Also, this is cheaper.

I've only received one notification.

Thanks OP. I need a 4TB portable and keep missing the refurbished deals so jumped on this straight away.

Are you serious? Do you actually believe what you wrote?

Deadly serious, using portable can eventually drain power from the xbox, did extensive research and read numerous reviews before making my purchase, as I said, Just my opinion, each to their own

I was wondering this too, is there any reason you can't have 2 external drives connected? I have a USB stick and external drive connected so can't see any reason why not, then you should be able to move the games across, unless anyone knows different?
