I think you meant another Tesco Wild Goose Chase.

If only the OP had stated it's a reduced to clear item or stated the store location.

Oh wait they did (_;)

Good find heat added OP.

I got 2 Tb 54 pounds from argos last week with 5 pound free voucher.

Do you have the barcode please?

Any proof of purchase for this? If true this is hot for 500gb

I could upload receipt but I'm a bit short of time his morning and think I've been around long enough on HUKD and MSE not to tell porkies and bull people! It also shows a Roku LT for £14 which isn't bad! :-)

Thank you for the heads up - price reductions haven't come through in my store yet as just scanned, but will keep checking as normally the price rolls out from previous HD reductions and don't hit all stores at the same time.

cold from me-if stock in other stores are still showing as full price then it's not even a wild goose chase, there's nothing out there as the OP cleared out the only place that had stock. A good find for him, but not a lot of good for the rest of us.

Why would a user that has been around for 6 years and posted dozens of deals want to lie for 100C of heat?!

Thanks will check my local.

Chilly, longevity on a site like this doesn't equal superiority in my book. If someone politely asks for a receipt pic regardless of who you are you should provide one not chest puff and show us your medals. Proof or cold.

Great find, but these Tesco links are annoying, when they take you to the general sites and not the specific items!, Cannot find anything on thier website so has to be a local deal, they only have a 1TB WD for £55 on their site.

Bit dubious about 8 being bought tho :-)

Instore = waste of time

Might as well ignore the Tesco deals like this unless you live up north never any around the hampshire / surrey area

Any chance you could post the barcode please? Some stores don't have price scanners.

The info is on the table. Take it or leave it

Why should they? There is absolutely no reason for the OP to provide a receipt, in fact I'd rather they didn't. That way the people that actually leave the house get the deals rather than those that sit at home moaning. The OP owes you nothing, either be happy they gave you a heads up for next time you are instore or move along. Its an instore RTC FFS, it means the few stores that have them left after the last few reductions will now drop the prices even further to get rid of the last few items. Having a receipt is irrelevant, whats important is if your local still has stock.

I see no reason at all for the OP to lie, voted hot to balance out the negativity.

Martini is the OP and popit said they "Just got 8", so unfair to say that the OP bought them all.

Thanks for posting this OP. I think it's up to people if they decide to check out their local stores for these kinds of deals. If they can't be bothered to do that, then don't vote our comment negatively....that's my opinion.

I bought a wonderful chicken salad sandwich from tesco once, and that only cost me £1.79 ...... BARGAIN!!!

I have had a number of bargains from Tesco [and other stores] over recent years and all thanks to Hot UK Deals.

I am not particularly interested in this because I got the 2tb from Argos earlier in the week but HOT from me and good luck to those who are looking.

Why do sheep automatically vote Hot, probably only 2 people in the UK got this deal as its store specific

Well done OP, but as usual with Tesco 'deals', 99.99% of us have no chance of getting one of these

Or Bolton.

Or Leigh. Not all stores in the north have such deals. I have never had any amazing deal from the Leigh Extra Store. Sometimes their clearance items can be had elsewhere for the same price. Its pop luck or fate to be in the right tesco store just at the right time.

Or Doncaster (Balby). You're lucky if you even get them to pick up the phone.

Hey everyone, Ive been in coulby newham tesco today looking around for bargains like usual. i was in particular looking in the tech section. i couldnt find any of these as they were marked £50 upwards ( wanted one for my laptop since its only got 320gb ). however i did get myself a 8gb usb 3.0 memory stick for a fiver and a sandisk extreme 16gb usb 3.0 penstick for only £9 . there was a big pile of different spec and different sizes ranging from £5 upwards the 64gb sandisk usb 3 one was £19. also a big pile of Printer ink cartridges reduced to clear marked up at £1 each colour or black. lots of other things too! worth a look if coulby is your local. Heads up there reduced sections are scattered all over the shop. i noticed the big galaxy tab 4 priced at £139 if thats good or not i dont know.

cheers

thanks
