I saw the same in another store. There's loads of tech clearance stuff

Exactly, I remember buying my first one a few years ago in an impulse buy, used it once, on MSN Messenger, then never used ever again.

Cold. Not 1080p.

Works as a cheap option for some pretty poor quality surveillance if you buy a few.. Voted hot!

Since I lost contact with that slutty little thing that used to do all kinds of weird and wonderful stuff on 'cam' I haven't used one since ah fun times, living the teenage dream. That reminds me, I must look her up, see if my rather stoned / **** / drugged up mind was playing tricks on me.

You could always use a small Raspberry Pi like computer, load a Linux distro and create a mini security monitor for your home using Zoneminder zoneminder.com/

It is very good - I use it with a wireless camera and it allows you to motion detection within a specific zone area, record events etc

obviously not for everyone, but quite a cool free app !

I have been meaning to purchase a Raspberry Pi (just to say that I had one), it sounds like a decent idea for something to play around with.
