Just picked one of these up at B&Q to make the most of the weather today, they also have 7kg bags of lumpwood charcoal for £3! If you aren't a member of the DIY club then register and you'll also get a £5 off £50 spend making it even cheaper - good price for a known good quality brand!

Got this deal this time last year. It's still in its box in the garage loft! Hopefully I'll get to use it this year.

Got a weber go anywhere and that's a cracking quality bbq.

Heat from me

Did the £5 B&Q club discount work for anyone? The terms say not valid on promotions

now that you mention it, it actually never worked when they scanned the barcode. they must not have realised and took £5 off the price of the BBQ to account for the voucher not working!

Voucher didn't work for me... As won't work for stuff on offer... Still hot deal though!...

Great BBQ.

Was the charcoal Weber?

A very similar product is £19.99 in homebargains.

Picked one of these up yesterday. Great bbq last night. There are similar looking products available for cheaper but I would be surprised if they were similar quality. I got a cheap one once, fell apart after one summer.

Very cheap for this bbq. Can't go wrong with a Weber.

Ok for your 40% sausages and cheap supermarket burgers.

Great product at a great price.

Do they have the one with the saucepan like thingy underneath to catch the ash? The tray under this one doesn't collect much ash and is no good on a windy day..

There is a saucer to catch ash, but it's definitely not the one touch premium cleaning system. One touch premium is usually more than twice as expensive. I personally couldn't justify the extra cost, but if you barbecue several times a week then maybe it could be worth it.

Great deal, just wish it was the 57cm version...I'll keep waiting!

Hornchurch had the 57cms out on the pallet yesterday and they put it through, then went to change them :-)

Voucher didn't work for me either. Spent 10 minutes arguing with them as the excuse they gave was that it was only valid on your second purchase after registering. Even tried to tell me it said it in the small print when I had it there in front of me and could prove otherwise. Complete tosh. Sorry, rant over!

same here too! ran and got the weber when everyone was fighting over the larger £40 bbq's!

Charcoal still priced up at £7 in my local B&Q - should have thought to check it at the checkout... doh...

these are the rolls Royce of bbqs. left mine outside for two years uncovered and still good as new. not bad to say I paid £10 for it off gumtree.

ive already got a kamado so wont be picking this up but its a brilliant price for one and id recomend them to anyone
gave my old webber to my parents when i upgraded to the kamado and its still going strong after years of abuse

and anyone saying the cheaper models at £20 are the same has obviously never used a quality bbq before

will this make that cheap tesco frying steak taste better?

A very quality BBQ! I got mine shipped from US to Hong Kong , and we brought it with us to move to UK from Hong Kong, it's still fine! Worth to buy at this price! I paid nearly 5times of this price to get it from US to Hong King including shipping

There were two different kinds when I went. The cheaper one had sold out. There were plenty of the other £7 a bag Diall left.

There is charcoal £3 and briquettes £7. Looking on the Weber website it shows the compact model and the kettle original but not this one, is it a supermarket special version, or an older version?

Chimney starter £6. The weber version is £15 at Argos.

This is in homebase Wigan for £55

Ah, that explains it. Thanks for that.

This is currently £40 in store

Seems like it's being sold at the wrong price. We got lucky.
