I used to think that until I bought a Weber, instead of grilling sausages and burgers I find myself smoking chickens, making pizzas and having pulled pork.

Not for everyone but at this price you cant go wrong.

Probably the best BBQ you will ever own. Brought ours over from South Africa 11 years ago (4 years old then) and still going strong. £50 is an absolute bargain for a 57cm Weber one-touch (who cares about the colour), It does the job and then some! Just bought one for the son and his missus.

Wow, fantastic price for an excellent bit of kit. I bought the black one a few years ago for twice the price and am really tempted to buy this as a back-up, but these Webers last forever!

Ha! .. Congrats on getting it! you won't be sorry... I've 4 Webers and loads of accessories to go with, better than all the various others I have .. if you ever get a chance to make it to one of these events, you'll see (and taste), all the capabilities of them: weberexperience.co.uk/whe…-us - Unfortunately, it's looking like they're done for the year .. but check out the recipe section for some ideas if anything. Tip of the iceberg. (_;)

This is similar to the one I bought. I've had it a few years and thrown it about quite a bit so it's very robust still going strong and water resistant. I highly recommend it ebay.co.uk/itm…8a9

You can also set alerts for certain temps, so if the temp in your weber drops you will know about it etc.

I don't think it's a dedicated order line. I told him I was having problems and he asked did I want him to try. He also had trouble but sorted it out and put the order through.

Weber bbq's are the best, I have the 57cm one touch deluxe and it's awesome! Bought the rotisserie for it at Christmas and it does an awesome chicken. The best bbq available IMO. As previously get a chimney starter to make life really quick and easy to light the coals whilst smokey well away from the house. Apple wood smoking chips are also really good for flavour. Beer can chicken is very tasty too

    Great deal.

I believe that was the 47cm bar-b-kettle, while a good deal the one touch adds extra features.

A starter is essential IMO, however you may want to wait as last year B&Q sold the Weber ones off at £5. I did however pick a Wilkinsons one up for £2 last weekend.

    Wilkinson one any good?

The Weber ones have really good reviews, I really want that one but £17 is too much.

Also to cook the meat do people use Briquettes or Coal?

Great find, ordered one. Heat added.

If you use coal you will probably poison yourself and anybody else that eats the food you cooked on it! Best place for briquettes is Aldi. Normal price £2.99 for 5 kgs but currently clearing stock at £1.99. Just bought 5 bags for next summer, if we have one!
