Great price here, a few places seem to have this on offer currently at £314 so very good saving compared to elsewhere.

3.5% Quidco too which is already showing as tracked at £12.29

Just ordered one as our old Homebase jobbie is falling to pieces. Checked it out in a store yesterday, absolutely superb BBQ.

Blurb.....

Thanks, is a great price and can't understand how it's ended up so cold. Probably same people that moan about seeing same deals repeated over and over.

But you could buy a new Homebase 'jobbie' every year for 5 years and still have some change!

You could but the weber will outlast and outperform. We use ours for slow cooked pulled pork - it is heated low and slow for 9-11 hours - try doing that with a Homebase "jobbie".

We have the performer deluxe and it's just amazing. We use it year round. Best roast chicken you will ever taste - lid on, slow coals and it's delicious.

Heat from me OP, great price for a the best product.

It’s more likely to be the “anything more that £20 for a bbq is a rip-off” crowd I think. I’ve got the Master Touch and it’s decent piece of kit, I’d love to know whether the side table is available to purchase (or one that is compatible), I can’t find one anywhere.

Hi windym - what coals do you use for your low and slow BBQ ing? The best I've found for retaining their heat are Weber charcoal but they're pretty expensive when you need a lot for a slow cook.

I ordered the book windym suggested last night, looks absolutely brilliant and even goes into real details which coals to use, how to lay them out etc. Think it cost about £4 delivered from amazon preowned, loads of sellers have them similarly priced.

We get them from our local garden centre, they aren't branded that I can see - sold as "briquettes for Weber and Napolean". I will try and find out if it has a brand when I next call in.

Glad you liked it, we love it and there are some side recipes that we use on a normal cooking night - the mango salad with mint is particularly good.
This deal is still showing as active for me. The performer is a brilliant bbq.

For books i can’t recommend Meathead’s bbq book highly enough. amazon.co.uk/Mea…dl_

Unexpired it. Put ours together yeserday, outstanding quailty, really impressed and difference between this and it old £70 homebase clearance one is night and day.

Just need it to stop raining now.
This is a very good deal for a weber performer. If you’re only interested in cooking the cheapest sausages and burgers, then stick to your £1 disposable bbq’s but don’t vote this cold just because you can’t justify the price. Like the guys already commenting here have said, If you are smoking a £60-£70 piece of meat the last thing you want to worry about is the bbq. You need to be able to maintain a constant and often very low temperature for smoking and this would not be easy on a cheap bbq. Just go look at a Weber performer or any Weber that uses the GBS system and you can see the quality for yourself. Built for a lifetime of weekly outdoors cooking.

£309 now so expiring. Still can't believe with well over 100 votes this deal ended up cold. Won't see a price like that for one of these again in a hurry. Happy BBQing folks.
