A great entry level Charcoal Bullet Smoker with a free igrill 2 with 2 probes, worth £99 to monitor food and pit temps. This is the largest one in the range and will easily cook a full brisket

the 47 cm is also available with a cover & free igrill 2 for £295

the 37 cm is also available with a cover & free igrill 2 for £235

If I hadn't just purchased the new Weber Smokefire Pellet Grill, I would have grabbed the 57cm one at this price, to replace my ageing ProQ Frontier. They work straight out of the box and the only thing you may need to mod it with, is to put a gasket seal round the door.

Elon Musk phoned - can he have his SpaceX back?
Built an Uds as a ghetto smoker but defo would like one of these!
Everytime I see these posted I get tempted, but then remember I can't even cook properly on a regular bbq yet
Prefer pro q smokers but heated for the price

Love mine. I've had so much use out of it and it's taken bbqs to a whole other level. I've perfected brisket now
We’ve had one of these for the last 5 years, all our meat is now cooked outdoors including the Christmas selectionTurkey, Beef & Gammon. The difference in taste is incredible, I would recommend it buying one to any

Easiest way is get a decent kettle barbie to start with e.g. a webber. They are easy to cook with as they encourage slower more like a cooker approach.
Can it do both cold and hot smoking?

Im wondering if you're living in a terraced house and if neighbors are not complaining about the smell? Im really interested in getting own smoker but i dont want to cause smell nuisance in the neighborhood.

I do both on a ProQ same sort of bullet smoker, cold smoke my own bacon, cheese, salmon, butter and slightly warmer temps for black garlic and roasting nuts and cold smoking them afterwards along with normal hot lo&slo smoking. Cooler times of the year like this are the best time to do cold smoking I find

Share your food with the neighbours, they won't complain about anything after they've tasted it. .

If anything it will improve the neighborhood
This is a fantastic price, have some heat.
I bought this exact deal a few weeks ago - love it! So much info online to get to grips with it. Virtual Weber Bullet is a fantastic resource.

I went for the largest size - only downside is it eats charcoal hence I don’t do small cooks as seems a waste.

Top tip is lots of advice online suggested low and slow is overrated. A full brisket can take 16+ hours. Did mine at higher temp last night and worked a treat - properly tender and only took 7 hours.
