Weekend in Marrakech, Morocco including Flights and Hotel with Breakfast just £55 each

Its always good to chill out before the Christmas rush so how about this great Break to Morocco? You are out in the suburbs so this would be an ideal relaxing break however there is easy access into the City if that is what you are seeking.

There are plenty of dates for you to choose from over at Ryanair but our example here is for a weekend trip for 2 nights (Friday - Monday) flying from London Stansted on 5th December 2014 returning on 7th December 2014. Don't be be disappointed if this is not your local departure airport or these dates are not convenient to you, there are many flights at great prices from various airports. Use Skyscanner to look for flights from your local airport.

You will be staying for 2 nights at the Kasbah Chwiter which is rated 3.5/5 on Trip Advisor with guests complimenting the tranquil location and how wonderfully welcome they were made to feel. The rooms contain everything you need for a perfectly relaxing break and enjoyable facilities and if you can drag yourself away, you can get out and about and explore what Marrakech has to offer.

Marrakech the “Red City”, the heart of Morocco, with spice souks leaving an aroma over the whole city and colourful bazaars dotted throughout. The City is well and truly buzzing with the hustle and bustle of daily life; the Madina Area in particular is full of bartering, shopping and an abundance of restaurants and cafes. If you find that the buzz of City life gets too much, you can get away from it all and head down to “The Royal Gardens” a green, tranquil and relaxing park area.

We have noticed from the reviews that the hotel will collect/return you from the airport so the best option would be to make contact with them by email to arrange your collection. Alternatively you may wish to consider car hire. This would be really handy with your peacefully located hotel and to help you getting out and about. Car hire is available at Carrentals.co.uk for just £40 for the duration of your stay.

To help plan your visit before you travel check out all the local attractions listed on Trip Advisor.

Book flights at Ryanair = £79.96

Book accommodation at Alpharooms = £30.27

Total Price per Couple = £110.23 (£55.12pp)

If you are wanting to get out and about and head further afield during your stay then maybe car hire would be a good option? We would suggest checking out Carrentals.co.uk whose easy to use site always has great prices.

Offer details:

Travel duration is 2 nights
Dates: Various in December (Example 5th - 7th December 2014)
REturn Flights from London to Marrakech
Unweighted Cabin Bag each
prices are based on 2 Adults sharing

PAY ATTENTION TO THIS.
The hotel is very remote and there is absolutely nothing around the hotel for miles. If you have come to hide away from the world then this is your place!! Going to Marrakech costs 16 euros per person for return trip. If you are going from Airport to the hotel make sure you arrange a pick up with the hotel because the taxis wont able to locate it and might charge you a fortune.
It's an hour the other side of Marrakech, so don't think this is a Marrakech hotel, because it is not

Don't be silly. Marrakech is thousands of miles away from the affected countries.

It's a very good deal. Thanks for sharing.

Who wants to come with me.wife is too busy with kids.

This is a bargain break, only 3½ hour flight and well worth the experience.

I have been 3 times in December, the weather is really nice (between 18-20 deg in the daytime), it does get cooler in the evenings but it still feels nice (compared to the freezing weather of the UK).

The first 2 weeks of December is always cheaper in Marrakech (flights+accommodation), the last 2 weeks of December is peak time and the prices go up a lot, I am tempted to go again (end of Nov/early Dec).

For this price, you can't go wrong

Why would you go there for 2 days with 7 hours return flying? Ok it is cheap but nonsence

this is an amazing deal, it costs 110 quid to get a train from oxford to Scotland!!

Ebola, come on!

As for the 7 hours flying, it up to you but I drive 2 hours each day to get to work, so the extra 3 hours for a weekend in Marrakech seems OK to me!!!

Bargain. Cheaper than a weekend out in the UK!!

Just came back last Tuesday had a fantastic time and weather was perfect, bit of cloud now and again but would go again tomorrow if I could.

7 HOURS return flying? Why? How?

Anyhow, is this a good weekend break away for my local LGBT annual party?

The flying time is the easy part, it's the travel to/from both airports, check in both ends, security, immigration and impact of any delay on the outward journey that would make a 2 day trip a non starter for me.

As for the hotel suggestion, as Tripadvisor notes, it is extremely remote, far from Marrakesh and thus a driver or hire car would be needed if you want to see or do anything. Which of course, will increase costs and if going down the car hire route will eat into the time you have as you allow for collection and drop off.

Then there's the fact that if you land at 10:15 on the Friday and depart at 10:45 Sunday, with the need to travel to/from hotel and airport it gives you one and a bit days "holiday" for two days travelling and at the mercy of Ryanair.

Arctic Cold for me.

A walk-on fare: you see how much a walk-on fare for a flight to Morocco costs.

Ah yes, Morocco, that famous country in the heart land of West Africa...

For people on a budget - Stay at the Islane Hotel (best location you can get)

For people who want luxury - Stay at Les Jardins De La Katoubia

Stayed at both and loved it!

I will go with, hit me up

This deal is rather strange. On the HP page, the exampled £110.23 'deal' is NOT in fact a 2-night holiday but is from Friday 5th to WEDNESDAY 10th!! Apart from which, Easyjet doesn't appear to fly from Marrakesh on Sundays! And Friday - Monday is only a 2-night break if you're not sleeping on Sunday night -- I don't see an very early Monday morning flight?

Just make sure your married or be prepared to pay for another room at a silly price

What about the TERRORISTS!!1! Likelihood of ISIS kidnapping in Morocco is currently at 112%, risk of catching Ebola 142%, risk of becoming a heroin addict 99%... No thanks, I think I'll continue holidaying in Blackpool, thank you very much.

So glad to hear you'll be staying in Blackpool as i doubt your mind could stand being expanded by being introduced to foreign culture.
itt's a great offer and I only wish I could take it up, but I can't justify another holiday before Christmas and I'm off to Tunisia on Wednesday.

kalico

Eh?

To clarify, some hotels in predominently Moslem countries do not allow unmarried couple to share a room. This isn't usually a problem if the couple concerned are European.

Just come back from there , didn't see anyone who wasn't morrocan the whole time we were there and they don't seem to have the extremist element like the bottom end of Africa . Very friendly people and that seems genuine , not just for our benefit

Would go back again

Yes, and the return date the 10th (which is what is on the HP booking summary displayed on your link -- have good look) is a Wednesday! Right? In your description you also say, "our example here is for a weekend trip for 2 nights (Friday - Monday)"!! This deal needs expiring or deleting unless you can show a current booking for the 5th to the 7th at the price specified.

I've heard they don't have toilet paper in Morocco and the locals use their hands. Take plenty off socks imo.

Don't go. Its not a Nice place to go. I went last year and my hotel was in the middle of nowhere just like this hotel and it took ages just to go out to eat. Note this deal is breakfast only and in the middle of nowhere too. Marrakech was like a 3rd world country..

3.5 hrs going there and coming back. I think its 7 hrs. But let me know if im wrong

another Holiday Pirates deal that is incorrect and misleading!

This is from the Holiday Pirate page which 'Get Deal' goes to; note that the outward journey selected to get the total £110.23 price is WEDNESDAY 10th and not Sunday 7th (which is dearer), and that the Friday outward journey only had 3 seats at the lower price when they first found this 'deal'! This deal should never have been posted here or on HP's page.

Marrakech is incredible, you just need to roll with haggling in the markets and have fun. No real problem with alcohol there are even some nice restaurants in the Medina where you can drink, and Moroccan wine is pretty good so no need to pay the premium for French wine. It can be a bit in your face if you're from Cheltenham, but you can relax here - lesbainsdemarrakech.com/en/…ome - or take a bus to the coast - en.wikipedia.org/wik…ira

249 degrees and deal doesn't even exist Stacey you rock :):)

I think you are being a little ridiculous in wrongly comparing your masochistic 4hr return trip to work with the average commute of approx 1hr 30 return , but if you can justify 14 hours of flite over the course of the weekend then good luck to you brethren! Personally it's not for me!
