Power racks in general are pretty awesome if you have the room for one at home. This does come with the bench as well, so there are loads of exercise options with this one.

Obviously it can be used for a squat rack, but also things like bench pressing, close and wide grip pullups, rack pulls and such. The benefit to having this at home, is that you don't have to wait for someone to stop curling in the squat rack

The one I use at the gym has attachments for dips as well, which would be fantastic here, although it seems there isn't an option for that. Price wise overall is pretty decent though.

Racks such as this one, allow you to do bigger lifts in a safer way than without the rack. Most of you reading this will be well aware of this anyway.... As an example, the arms coming out the front side can be positioned up and down the rack, so that IF you fail a lift, it's caught. Really good for bench press as well. No one wants to push that last rep and end up with the bar on their chest.

The varying positions of the arms allows various lift starting positions as well. It opens up quite a wide range of exercises that you may not be able to do without either lots of equipment or a gym membership.

Price includes delivery.

Note - No weights or weight bars are included

I have a similar setup. Great piece of kit and never looked back. Can keep improving your gym each month.
Man if I had the space. Quality brand. Mmmmh would it survive in the garden?

I'd not pop it in the garden, unless it's got some sort of decent cover from the elements. I can't imagine this sort of gear doing well in the colder months out there. Leaving weight plates outside will probably mean they'll start to rust as well

Dammit
Perfect for curls.
For the bench it says "Max User Weight: 136 kg", does that include when the weight of barbell when benching cause even with a modest bench press of 60-70kg plus a 70-80kg adult on the bench will exceed that limit?
"you don't have to wait for someone to stop curling in the squat rack"

Good question ^^

I assume this doesn’t come with the weights? Never bought something like this for home. What other things might I need to buy with this?
I’m very tempted

Shame it doesn’t have attachments for dips as other commenter said. Nice to get one of these where you can do as many exercises as possible
You'd need to know the maximum weight that was allowed on the bench

Also, is this industrial enough to make it worth while buying Olympic rather than standard weights? Normally that wouldn't be a question for home equipment but this is a pretty meaty piece of kit

that is hilarious. Well done, sir.
Doomed to be purchased at setup in someones garage, before being abandoned after a month and sold on Gumtree for £80 a few years later.
I love how they list a load of exercises in the blurb that you would never do in a power rack:
"Master a number of exercises including ab crunch, leg extension, leg press, lat back, triceps pull down and butterfly"

I really like the look of this but I'm a bit concerned the whole thing only weighs 21kg. I would worry that it would be unstable.

21kg for the bench, rack is 190kg

Hopefully, otherwise I will have to start benching negative weights.

You go even heavier doing negative reps
Where's the best place to buy weights / bars for something like this?
