Did you know if you regularly exercise and eat sensibly you will lose weight

I bought a couple of these, here in Spain in Iceland. I thought they would make an easy meal now and again (they do not do much here in ready meals).
I can see why you would lose weight with these, nice picture on the box, but basically a nearly empty tray inside. Two spoons and they are gone. What a con. Actually the Iceland ready meals by comparison were quite good, despite their reputation.

Always 3 for £3 in Farmfoods.

You would be very surprised and Shocked to know that the calorie content on some of these are more than an ordinary ready meals, there Indian nan bread is only lower because they are smaller otherwise they would be the same. they are nice though and keep longer.

Nah.

We get a load of these cheap from fultons and they have hardly any cals in them...
something like 230 calories for the hotpot (which is the best IMO) and I feel like ive eating something.

The Chicken Hot Pot is superb!

Always £1 in my local Heron. The hot pot, chicken curry and lasagne are lovely.

Mmm Half the calories and half the price, i'll eat two, nah make it three. Ooops.

Massively COLD I'm afraid. Have you seen the 'ingredients' list in WW products? If you're serious about losing, just avoid crud like this. Don't touch products with sugar or anything ending in "ose". Always remember: the food industry are far worse than the tobacco industry!
