these foods are usually very low in sodium hence "weight loss" dropping water mass dont educate you properly on building lean muscle ah ww and sw do my head in if people want to get rid of weight and not lose it cause if you lose something you usually find it at some point again then learn about how easy it is to eat properly protein carbs and good fats is what your body needs with some exercise and you'll feel great look alot better and most probably have a better body!!
