almost beef
Half price and half the fat - does that mean I can eat 4 at once?
Just been morrisons in wellingboro and never saw these
£1.63 is already very cheap for a meal. Makes the contents questionable
Woman at work bought 2 of these and ate them in the one sitting.

Pics or it didn't happen
Yum, I rather fancy horse for dinner!
nom nom nom!
Weightwatchers meals are the worst meals ever!!!!! There is no flavour to them. Seriously try the Iceland lowfat slimming world range (the black sleeve range),ok they are about £3 but id rather pay a little more than eat that weightwatchers crap. Range is example Singapore noodles, world beef in red onion gravy with veg crush, chicken pizzaiola, hot smoked salmon farfalle, sweet potato curry, world chicken saag. They are all about the same calories as Weightwatchers and the meals are 550Grammes compared to 320Grammes for the weightwatchers so your basically nearly getting double meal and the calorie content IS THE SAME and the meals are a lot tastier. Im 6ft 2 and have a big appitite and feel really full just eating an iceland slimming world meal and lost more weight than with WW.. With the weightwatchers I found I was still cheating or even eating two of them together.
Failing that Iceland also do a £1 range of low fat meals which are nicer than WW. Lets be fair WW are horrible with maybe the exception of the lasagna but at only 320grammes worth in each meal no wonder the calories are low.

Thanks for sharing your opinion
Thanks, just ordered a few of them on my online shop, great find, much appreciated.
remember the points value has changed on all products so if you are following the ww plan make sure you recheck points
love the chilli and potato wedge one
They will be reduced as Weight Watchers have rebranded from Pro Points to Smart points, focussing more on sugars and saturated fat. There is nothing wrong with these meals per se, they will just be updating the points on the front of new packaging and as has been said the points value may change slightly. Also worth bearing in mind for things like the Tesco Healthy Living range that still say the amount of pro points on the back when Weightwatchers no longer use this measurement.

Either your maths is wrong or you're kidding yourself because the Iceland ones do NOT have "THE SAME" amount of calories as the weight watchers ones. They have way more than WW.

ok. I have infront on me the beef in red onion with veg crush at 550grammes. The calorie content is 54cals per 100g microwaved which is roughly 290 cals per meal. The other meal I have bought today is the chicken saag, this one is 500grammes which is 72 cals per 100grammes so thats around 360 cals for the meal.
so unless YOUR maths are wrong is that is a much lower calorie content per gramme or 100 grammes if you like!!!
Feel free to check the iceland website to confirm the cals.
Ps ive just checked a random WW microwaved meal to compare. The first one that I chose was the salmon and broccoli melt. Its 320g in that meal (compared to 550g in a slimming world iceland meal) and it has 274 cals, that's only 20 or so calories less than the beef in red onion and veg crush of which you are getting nearly twice as much.
prove me wrong!!!!!!!

Take some deep breaths and calm down, there is no need to use seven exclamation marks in a discussion about low calorie ready meals, there are far more important things in life
That's right!!!!!!

Six is more than sufficient
I think these are ok as a lunch but as a main meal they are lacking , suppose you would have to bulk them up on your plate with loads of veg

I would buy these at this price for quick lunches but I like a heartier main meal and of course prefer home cooked as even though the Iceland ones sound nice they seem pretty pricey

You can also cook in bulk and freeze it which is always much nicer than ready meals
