Whats the difference with these vitamins compared with multivitamins a third of the price for double the amount, nothing I suspect.

vitamin supplements are a con for 99% of the population. Not only do they not do any good in the average adult with average diet, they have been linked to early death.

The natural route is always the better way, but the funny thing is, this specific product seems to be always out of stock or there is one left whenever i go to sainsbury's to buy it. So im sure this stuff isn't as bad as you say it is.

The vitamin pill-peddlers have massive marketing budgets and influence over gullible buyers. I wasn't scaremongering when I said vitamin supplements have been linked to early death, you know that you need oxidants to live dont you? Dont fall for the antioxidant marketing myth.
