No, the omega supplement isn't suitable for vegetarians. It's got fish oil in and is made from bovine gelatine.

It’s a shame. Iv looked at few omega supplements and nearly all have gelatin
I’m always yawning and tired, done blood tests and my levels are fine

It's difficult to find a range of good quality supplements that don't include gelatin isn't it! Omega oils are the most awkward as most contain fish oils to get the DHA element. I know Holland and Barrett do a vegan omega supplement (I think they are flaxseed oil supplements but I'm not certain) but I've never personally tried it!

If you've had you blood levels checked and they are fine, it might be worth doing a bit of research into other causes for your tiredness if it's having a negative impact. It's different for each person but I also used to suffer with feeling tired all of the time and I've managed to moderate it somewhat with a little diet adjustment. After a bit of research and trial/error, I found that when I eat too much or too little carbohydrates in a meal I can end up feeling really tired. However, if I get the macronutrient balance in a meal just right then I feel absolutely fine! It's amazing how different a small adjustment can sometimes make you feel but it's not always easy to pinpoint what it is that's making you feel a certain way. Hope you get it sorted, it's a nightmare feeling tired all the time!

I know it’s horrible. I bought some omega tablets in a red bottle from Holland a Barrett’s actually just reminded me but they didn’t make a difference at all. I used to have low iron because of my periods but atm that’s fine thank god
