balls! jsut about to order.

Doh - voted hot, then looked and the price went up.

Got a 500G USB3.0 one for 49.99 a few weeks back.

Banned

Terrible drives anyway.

bum

Annoying drive with embedded software you really don't want and an annoying cable that doesn't fit properly - you'll lose part of the drive getting rid of virtual CD Drive --- and you'll need to buy a new cable (micro usb) because the supplied one keeps losing connection if you even breath on it. Worst drive they ever made and outmoded now as it's only usb2.

Put the £39.99 towards a usb3 drive and save yourseld a headache.

Now at £54.99 (14/2/11)

I've just got the USB version from Amazon and its VERY weird!! I've deleted the folders with the preloaded software (to get 200GB of MY space back!!) and plugged it into my WDHDlive. All good but every so often it asks for a password, WTF is that about?!?!? Unplug and reinsert and it works?!?!?
