Amazon are matching the 24hr deal at Pixmania (inc delivery) so expect this to end in 22 hours. Amazing price. Just bought one for the bedroom.

HOT, awesome media player.
Heat
Amazing media player, also perfect for Netflix. Hot price. Shame no love film, but thats the only fault. No stupid Sony protection, very low power, small, silent.
wifi!!!
£66!!!!!

Bargain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
price wont last long

a steal at this price
Many thanks, I ordered it from Pixmania at the same price but with 6% Quidco. (Including Delivery)

Delivery with them will take a week at this price but I'm not too bothered as this is an absolute steal!
Does this have cinavia?
Really enjoying mine, great unit & at this price a little cheaper than I paid (£72).
Best media player in my opinion.
Good player. Interface slightly sluggish for me and it was a real royal pain in the a$$ to setup to access media from my NAS. WD tech support seems to be handled by morons the few times I called them for help and they didn't seem to have a clue.

Couldn't resist at this price. Bargain!! Owned the original WD TV and loved that. Thank you.
Will this stream from the iPad?
Can you stream from your android phone to this?
Bought one anyway.
Thanks orderd
Ordered cheers, heat added.
If you download a free app called Oplayer. In the oplayer setup, pop in the ip address of the wdtv, and you can stream perfectly to an iPad
Can someone tell me if this will carry 5.1 via the HDMI, something my Sumvision Cyclone 3 won't?
Great price. Thanks. Heat added.
It sure does.
Sorryif this is a daft question - could I use Sky Go on this? if not, is there a device that would? thanks
Forget the rest this is the best a steal at this price well spoted :-)

Buy a good smart android phone.. It should allow you to watch skygo. I currently watch skygo on my galaxy s smart phone no problem. I guess you could just connect am mhl lead and you would send it to your bid tv.

please excuse me if it sounds stupid but can this be used instead of smart TV? I have a Samsung plasma (3 years old, not smart) so if I connect WD to it, I can use internet services and I do not need to go and fork more money to buy a smart TV..is this true?
Just ordered thanks
I remember awhile back some people said you couldn't have 2 of these on the same network. Is this still the case?
As I already have one in the lounge and wouldn't mind one in my room too. It would be streaming from my QNAP Nas.

According to the manual, it will.
Will this also record TV?
People don't want much do they, no it won't or at least mine doesn't record tv!
Does it play a virtual woman designed by your specific retirements in to the room as a hologram?
And lastly can in repopulate the earth if needed to?

Why be snide and rude?

I already have a media streaming/storage/playback solution.

The reason I ask if this can also record live tv is that I'm looking for a device that does everything to replace the many I already have.

It seems logical that a device that can read from a HDD might also be able to write to one.

Can anyone advise?
Great price, cheers OP. I've been waiting for this to drop in price.

It does not record live tv.
Can you change the DNS settings on this to use unblock-us and access the US and Canada Netflix services?
