If you need this stuff by it in bulk via ebay often works out cheaper.

If you suffer from arthritis, ME, Fibromyalgia, CFS or anything else with joint pain or magnesium deficiency, whether neuropathic or nociceptive then between 200-500g in a hot bath followed by a min of 30 min soak will massive boost magnesium serum levels & often has a huge reduction in pain.

Skin absorption is the best, fastest and most bioactive way of getting your blood magnesium levels up with university studies backing this up now.

We'll worth it especially if you're in any of the groups I mentioned

2.49 in home bargains but still a good deal is there's not a store near you, heat added.

Same price at Amazon, but better value is the 5kg bag, which drops to under £10 from time to time.

£2.29 in home bargains if you have one hear plus they have a lot more variety don’t get me wrong Asda is still a good deal.

My nearest HB is about 4 miles away!

Any time I am in HB I grab about 5 bags

You can get it delivered to your door from ebay for less! Typically less than £1/Kg when you buy 10kg

They also have Himalayan sea salt which is food grade ... Cheapest way to get that much Himalayan sea salt.
Of course you may have specialist requirements for course or block forms.

Asda and HB are about same distance from me but getting it from Asda is easier because I shop there.

A deal was posted a couple of weeks ago, Lloyds Pharmacy had 500 g for a pound plus 20% off code so £1.60 per kg (I bought 6 kg click & collect), as is often the case the RRP is just ridiculous.

They only £1 at lloyssphamacy

Seen these for £1.79 in Heron as well but not sure if they regularly sell this or not but may be worth checking if you shop there anyway

i got 17 kilos a few months ago buying direct which was fantastic if you have room to store a sack of the stuff

Interested in using this. Are there any side effects you should take into account before using?
