Westlab salt bath soaks all £1 in lloyds pharmacy for 500g.
You can maybe find it cheaper if you buy a huge bag but for those that just want to try it without having to buy a big bag this is great. this is what I have done then I'll go buy the bigger bag if I like them

The Himalayan salt says its food grade and the Epson salt is high in magnesium so it's great for oils. Any questions please ask.
voted hot, how much is it in home bargains out of interest and what weight?

Have you tried using it in food yourself? Thank you x

Have you ever bought a decent bath bomb or anything like that? And I don't mean a bottle of radox bubble bath. Your looking at easy a few quid for one bath bomb. So I don't think expensive at all. Each to their own I guess

I've just realised I was wrong, it's not cheaper in homebargains.. I think it's 1kg for £2.49 so this lloyds pharmacy is cheaper

I have psoriasis which is driving me mad so looking forward to using mine tonight, even if it makes no difference I'll enjoy my soak lol
Available from Home Bargains in a larger bag too for £2:49 sorry size is escaping me at the moment.

Edit missed your post about home and bargain totally

Anybody ever used this stuff for removing old tree stumps and is it any good ??
Home Bargains is definitely 1kg for £2.49, good deal and don't forget 5% Quidco . Took advantage of this deal earlier this year.
I prefer the live version.

I've started drinking kefir and make it at home, I think I'm seeing improvement slowly but surely, 2 weeks so far. Google it

Not yet as I am already have some salt, this will be next.
I like this stuff. The only problem I've found is that it never fully dissolves, so the bottom of the bath is gritty. If anyone's solved that one, let me know pls! I'm thinking about trying putting it in a mesh bag and hanging it under the tap, in the water, as the bath is running.
i got a 25KG bag for about £13 a few months ago from a deal on here. almost all gone but cant remember where i got it from. any help?
If you run a bath as hot as you can possibly handle (for me thats getting into an empty bath then turn on the taps). After soaking in it until water starts becoming warm not hot, get out and wrap yourself in a large towel. Now just lie down on your bed with towel still wrapped around you and don't dry off. Eventually you will of course be dry, but you'll also feel very relaxed and ready for a really good night sleep. Me, I prefer Zopiclone, but the salts are much less problematical
