nice 1 cheers!

Excellent price mate. I have just ordered for this price.

You post some banging deals mate.

just ordered, glad i did not get the HMV one as i was away last week too

A very good game but it gets repetitive quickly. Well worth a fiver thought. Have some heat.

Holding out for ps3 !

argh, just paid £6.99 from hmv yesterday and though I had a good deal

Ordered. Nice price.

Fun games for pocket money, win.

i hated this, was so hard i couldnt even get through first room. the handling was terrible.

dripping...

work of caution when buying. play this first ON EASY. i cant stress this enough, reason being is on normal or harder there is a bike level, now you CANNOT finish the level but stats pass across game to game so by playing easy first when you come to play normal you have the damage/health/speed stats to finish that particular level

Great price for an OK game.

Worth a punt for a fiver, H+R Added

Heat/rep - tried the demo, seemed fun so i went for it

H+R - great game - great price - bit short but great fun - although I got this on PS3 I'm sure it's pretty much the same.

Controls are difficult to get used to but are actually really good and effective once you get used to them...

Out of stock...

Get the impression he didn't really like it!!

H&R from me - unfortunately it went out of stock while it was in my basket - damn my browsing- argh.

There is probably less chance of receiving a pre-owned/shop-soiled item from HMV.com than from GAME.co.uk.

For what it is worth, I consider "Wet" to be in my top five multi-platform game titles of 2009.

I'm still optimistically waiting for the soundtrack to be released separately as well!

Mucho Gracias, Gringo.

I am sure they will be fine if I was the sort of personal to download 35 tracks (259MB in total).

I will continue to look for an original source to support the artists, though.

"Rep" added.

They have a certain amount of new stock and instead of cancelling orders they simply send out their crap stock to fulfil remaining orders.

Don't forget that according to in-store displays in GAME the only difference between pre-owned & new is the price! How true that is!

If you have the time, please place a comment on your experience with GAME in the folliowing thread:

]GAME sells ex-display stock as 'new' - Will refund or replace any non-'mint' goods bought at Easter

Thanks.

In the latter page(s) you will find details of how other members received refunds for their pre-owned goods sold "as new".

Yeah i got a used copy too, first time ive had this experience with GAME
Worth the try i guess, could always return it to a GAME store if i was annoyed enough.

I'll just write up a quick complaint i guess, saying something like it's not worth my time/effort to return the game, but i'll let other people know of what they can expect from them.

In the "Misc" thread I quoted above, another member (who lives in Malta) describes the process where a refund was gained (eventually) on items received that were in a pre-owned state (and had already been re-sold to the local market).

You can always return the pre-owned item to a local Store & ask for a (new) replacement, of course.

If you have the time to contribute, details of what you do & the outcome would be most welcome in my thread so it can help others in the future. Thanks.

Probably not. There is not a lot they can offer you in discount as a £5 voucher code, for example, would mean they are effectively letting you have the product for free.

I suspect they may suggest you send it back & they send out a new copy as a replacement, but thanks for keeping me/us updated.

Good luck.
