Wouldn't use them or swim in Blackpool but nice find op
Were they in the sale section and were they yellow reduced to clear sticker?
Great price, bought a few if these of Tesco Direct when down to £4 in the kids sizes and they look great. Not for the North Atlantic in winter but perfect for the beach and inland during summer.

Blackpool is much cleaner now than it used to be. They spent a fortune doing it all up and moved the sewage works miles further out. We got one of these kids sets earlier in the month when they were around £2 online - quite good quality.

Yes in sale section with yellow stickers.
Don't even sell these in my local Tesco.
Did anyone else misread pennies in the title?

Sorry it was a Tesco Extra
Must be part of Tesco's new "Flood-dress" range

No, but I did wonder why coins would need to wear wetsuits.
Hilarious
good find op, heat added
Isn't everything in Tesco technically on sale for pennies, just differing quantities of pennies?!
Bought some when they were cheap online also and they are really good for the money.
tried to share it on facebook but it came up error
This is local, not national

I did say MAY be national but lots left in Blackpool
I guess the locals will be wearing these to the shops now!
I wear mine in the bath. Not in the shower though because that would be stupid
do they come wet already, or do you need to make them wet?

You are right to ask. Mine was dry and I had to wet it myself. I have contacted Tesco regarding the error in the description.

I suggest ringing them up to confirm the suit you buy will be wet to avoid disappointment

I agree with you
Thanks, that's clothes for my sister's wedding sorted.
Wetsuit brand new for under a pound is a hot deal.I live in the tip of Cornwall so no chance of me getting it.I voted hot for the deal not my ability to get it.
Will look good with a Kiss me Quick hat.

So to post a hot deal you now have to check every store in the uk to ensure they all have stock at the same price, then ensure every member lives within a reasonable distance of the store? I am nowhere near a costco but wouldn't vote cold on a deal just because I can't get it.

People like you are a PITA.
First, by taking the trouble to post this find, the OP is helping anyone in Blackpool area who wants one. Second, the OP does suggest that it might not be national. Third, it can inspire others to check their local Tesco in case it is also available there - which I did, as our boy needs a new wetsuit.
So please don't clutter up HUKD with your smart-Alec, worthless comments.
Many thanks to the OP.
leeparsons

I agree with you

In which case, leeparsons, my comments apply equally to you.
Friend of mine went swimming in Blackpool - ended up with a used tampon in his mouth!
Grossssssssss!!

Hang on, I bet list all the crap i see tesco flocking off on the cheap. He is only pointing out, this another wild gooze chase, a easter egg for most of us if we find anything. It's like saying going to a certain shop to buy a lottery ticket, just becuase someone else won big there. It just doesnt fit for the majority of us.

However, as I pointed out originally, there were lots in Blackpool. Therefore the deal could benefit anyone in the area who wanted to purchase one. Had there been one only, and I had bought it, there would no longer be a deal available so obviously I wouldn't have posted it. I apologise if this particular deal wasn't suitable for you.

True, but most people do post the last one on here. So how am i to know, the quantity of stock. I just dont want to see people rush out, and be disappointed there isnt nothing there. As there was only 2 or 3 items

Lol, maybe i a pessimist and take everything with a pinch of salt. But to me, they could be more than one, like 2 or 3. Not 20 of them

I wasn't wrong. I haven't been quoted how many there was. Lots, means more than 2. So lose word to be honest with you, and I am trying to say this could be a pointless journey for nearly everyone. We will end up like black friday 2 years ago, if we all descended upon there.
