Sony WH-1000XM3: Core Features
Fantastic headphones, but here are the key features in case you need convincing:

  • Noise cancelling - Whether you want to relax on the noisy journey home from work, or unwind with your favourite albums after a long week, you'll love using the Sony WH-1000XM3 Wireless Bluetooth Noise-Cancelling Headphones. Thanks to a brand new QN1 processor, the Sony WH-1000XM3 Headphonescan pick up on a greater range of frequencies to activate noise-cancelling. That mean that even in crowded spaces, you'll feel as if you could hear a pin drop – the perfect atmosphere to soak up every element of the music.
  • High-resolution audio playback - The Sony 1000XM3 Headphones let you hear those mp3 tunes like you've never heard them before. While mp3 compresses the original audio file, compromising quality, Sony's innovative DSEE HX technology upscales your files, so you can hear every glorious element of the mix, just as the artist intended. Sony's LDAC audio coding technology can transfer three times more data than standard Bluetooth audio, making everything from the vocals to the percussion sound crisp, punchy, and clear. And even when you're not using your headphones wirelessly, the handy detachable cable will also play high-resolution audio, giving you consistent quality.
  • Huge battery life - You'll never need to make a sudden dash for a power source to hear that album from beginning to end. Sony WH 1000XM3 Headphones feature an internal battery that'll give you a massive 30 hours of playback time on a single charge. When you do find yourself running low on juice in a hurry, just 10 minutes charging will give you 5 hours battery life, long enough to get you through most of the working day.
  • Personalise your listening experience - Take your audio experience one step further with the Sony Headphone Connect app. Available for both Android and iOS, the app offers access to a range of features including Adaptive Sound Control, optimising settings based on your listening behaviour and environment. Tweak the EQ via the app to strike the perfect balance between crisp highs and roaring lows. With touch controls on the earcup, you won't ever need to remove your WH1000XM3 Headphones to adjust volume or accept an incoming call. And with Google Assistant and Siri built in, you'll get instant access to all the answers you need, right from your headphones.

Thanks for pointing it out.
Why is there an N next to noise cancellation?
How is it £179 if there's interest charged on not paying immediately??
Or can you select bnpl and still pay immediately??
Also worth mentioning the code gives you £50 store credit, not £50 off their price!
I did this for some px7s (which went cold for some reason). They instantly add a £50 payment to your account and I think it only works for new customers taking a credit account so BNPL etc

Interest gets charged after the 6 months and you can make installments when you want.
The code requires a new credit account = credit check.

Please make this clear in OP.
Yeah, I started to go through with this but can't be bothered to jump the hoops as I don't want to open a credit account and then just pay it off and close it again, there's also a £3.99 charge for delivery that isn't mentioned in the post.
That’s a good deal
Shame you have to mess about with BNP, credited
I've been considering these for a while but I'm expecting the xm4's to come out soon so hanging on. heard great things about these though

Shame that you feel that way. Have bought from them for many years with no hassle whatsoever.

Ordered and paid straight away with credit card, no need to use BNPL even with the discount code - just need to sign up for credit. Cheers OP 🔥
I’ve had mine for a few months and love them. I work from home with young kids so the noise cancelling is great and they are so comfortable.

I've just done the same but in the order summary it doesn't show a breakdown of the price with the discount just the full amount, I also note the T&C say that if you're not eligible for a code they reserve the right to take the full amount later on... is that something to be bothered about or not?
Opened account. Paid in full. Magic. Fingers crossed they actually process it.
Can you cancel the credit account? I’ve bought a pair and paid the £180 in full but I don’t want to use any of the credit that has been given to me here or have to pay anything back?

I entered the code in the promo box and then clicked ‘pay in full now’ and it’s taken £183 straight out of my paypal. It’s the first time I’ve used them so I’m not familiar with the site.

Ah! Didn't realise we could do this. I paid on credit and will have to pay the full amount and get £50 credited back into my account. No big loss but would have preferred to get the discount immediately!
So after alot of fretting and Messing about, I registered a credit account used the deal, £182.99 I think was the total owed to the account, so I went on live chat and eventually paid it off with my credit card, my account very account now reads 1k again, I want to cancel it right away and hopefully fingers crossed that the 182.99 I paid off will be the only payment needed

The site and process was a nightmare, I clicked all the way through and next thing it popped up full price and is been charged, but the 50 automatically goes into the credit they give you

You should post this as opposed to the original thread, so much easier and less hassle

Forgot to mention that this was after I’d already bought one full price on credit accidentally and had to cancel the order before getting another and paying in full with the discount

So did you have to apply for credit aswel then? Is there any way of just popping in the code at the top of the page and getting it for 182.99 and paying it straight away? Hopefully there isn't some small print in the Ts and Cs, about the 50 not counting if you pay the lump and cancel the credit account
mleadbitter0728/11/2019 18:31

Wow! On my side it’s saying the £50 will be immediately available to spend only at Very
Fxxk me!!!! This is a Brill price!!!!!
Damn I knew I should have waited!
I now have an email confirming that I paid £182.99 inc. delivery, after an order discount of £50 for the code. Nightmare process though, you need to set up a new account, then request a credit account (this will require a credit check), then put the headphones through the checkout and select the option to pay in full and apply the code and it should go through with the discount.
