thanks!

Funny looking "In-Ear" from Argos. I think they've cocked up on title name cause those are not In-Ear

Edit: Those are Ear-Budss, Don't forget to read the 25 reviews.

Thanks, just reserved last 2 at my local.

If you look at the way argos describe they're headphones most of these styles are advertised as 'in-ear'..wouldnt say they've cocked up (i would say in-ear if i had to describe them but im not up on headphones) and for 99p you cant really complain :-)

I bought a Wharfedale MP3 player from Argos a couple of years ago and I had to buy some new earphones because the ones that came with it were useless. If I was walking down the street listening to a podcast and a car drove past I couldn't hear the podcast. I imagine these will be the same earphones. They might be alright for use indoors though

Not available now

Edit - Go through the argos website separately, should work. Ordered.

Just reserved the last pair in my store, many thanks heat added

Just how many ears have you got?

Just how many ears have you got?

He has the normal number of ears for a Norfolk dweller

Got some of these maybe a year ago. Tried them and out them back in the box. Pound land quality.

Well spotted just reserved the last one in the shop although if I wanted more they could get them in for Saturday. I will try earphones out tomorrow if good - I will order a few more.

Thanks

Should have read reviews before ordering 5 pairs to be sent to store.

Won't be picking them up now, my local argos will now have some stock next week though!

Based on what? Them both being sold by argos?

Why on earth would one waste a pound on something that can only damage your ears and hearing?
I will never understand this.
I refrain from voting this time.

Argos try it on selling pound land stuff for £8.99, when they reduce it to its normal price people go crazy, wouldnt touch this rubbish.

What are you talking about, they are the same as any other headphone, if you have it too loud obviously it will damage your hearing. does that mean you hate all earphones or sources of amplified sound?

I wouldn't touch wharfedale stuff with a bargepole these days, back in the day when they just made speakers they was the dogs danglies but now they have sold out, Wharfedale these days is just little more than an Argos own brand, they have bought licensing rights to use the name on their own stuff.

hmmm. My Diamond 9 speakers i got last year are bloody fantastic, i doubt they could be mistaken for argos crap.So i think you are not exactly correct in saying they are an 'own brand'

Wharfedale headphones and £8.99 shouldn't belong in the same sentence. Good price though, for what is probably £4-ish RRP quality headphones (hopefully better than Poundland tat).

I won't be buying though - don't trust them, headphones seems to be a place where you have to be a brand snob (from past experience anyway)

The speakers are still fine, but find a decent retailer for anything other than their speakers or mid - high range audio that isnt Argos or ex Argos stock on electricals, such as DVD players, TV, cordless phones.

DONT BY BIG MISTAKE
