its always this price, they just put it back up once every couple of months. its a marketing ploy, everyone does it they raise their price and then put them back to the original price!!!

Thanks for the post. What size is the tub?

Irrespective size of tub, this stuff probably is not good value for money, low protein content per serving and low quality of protein.

Best to look online, places like myprotien.co.uk or discountsupplements

yeah, agree with above.

regards quality, its not the best. or the cheapest. myprotein.co.uk is popular and quality imo. and no, i dont work for them.

I would recommend Ultralife, they used to do the Dorian Yates products back in the day. One of the best products on the market. And no, I dont work for them either.

I know a few lads who told me about their products so I asked for some samples and have been using them since.

I use the Lean Gain & Nox Pump. The Nox gives you a buzz!

Go for the cheapest - it's just protein. I doubt very much if you would notice any difference in your performance from one product to another.

This. At the end of the day, protein is protein. Go for the price/taste balance.

Holland & Barratt / GMC just relabel a well known brand. People are too quick to jump to conclusions that it must be rubbish because it is a high street shop.

While I would agree in principle (you only have to hear the absurd arguments in relation to "real world" differences attributable from isolate vs concentrate!), it would be a mistake just to go with anything that stated "Protein" or "whey protein". Some products are quite poor when checking out actual labels, perhaps only a tad above 50%, and that's if label claims are to be believed in the first place.....which is another kettle of fish altogether!

The ignorant masses speak. You try supplementing with a low quality cheesy-smelling possibly denatured whey protein and enjoy having a bloated upset tummy with a possible case of the squits.

Whey protein isn't just whey protein. If you think this H&B crap is a quality product then carry on buying it. I'm sure the gym rats will still be impressed with your 70kilo bench press five years from now.
