Usual blah, illegal for UK roads but seems best price from U.K. supplier next day free delivery

  • Max Speed: 25km/h
  • Range: 30km
  • Charging Time: 5 hours
  • Net Weight: 12.5kg

Folding Design

A simple 3 step procedure allows you to fold down the scooter making it much easier to transport. Flip down the lever and the scooter bar will fold down and hook onto a latch next to the rear wheel. This folding design makes storing the Mi scooter at home or in the boot of a car much easier.

Durable, reliable & 12 month warranty

Mi scooters are renowned for their excellent build quality and reliability. As an official UK stockist RC Geeks include a full 12 month warranty on your scooter for peace-of-mind.

Lightweight

At just over 12kg, its light weight and folding design make the Xiaomi Mi easily portable. The main frame of the Mi is made from Aluminium, an element known for being very light but also very strong, making this scooter easy to carry and extremely durable.

Headlights

Perfectly designed for night riding as well as the day, the Mi features Ultra bright front headlights. An essential for riding in the dark, these 1.1W lights have a range of up to 6 metres for added safety.

Air-filled rubber tyres

The large 8.5-inch front and rear air-filled tires have great shock absorption and anti-slip treads. Coupled with a 250W brushless DC motor for stable power output, the Mi Electric Scooter delivers a smooth riding experience.

Long Life Battery

30 lithium batteries help the Mi to run for up to 18.6 miles on a single charge. A full charge will take around 5 hours to complete. A dedicated app provides detailed info on the health of the battery and will alert you if any issues arise. The Mi Scooter also stores and converts kinetic energy during acceleration into power, meaning it will literally charge while in use.

Dedicated Smartphone App

The Mi scooter can be paired via bluetooth to the app on your phone. Here you can view a range of stats including current speed, battery remaining and more. Features such as cruise control can also be activated though the app settings. Firmware updates keep your scooter up to date with the latest features and fault free. These can also be done through the app settings when available.

Why choose the Mi M365?

With the Mi M365 being the scooter model used by the Bird scooter rental service now popular in North America, the model has become a worldwide top rated electric scooter to go for. The folding design, long battery life, headlights and metal chassis are just some of many features that show this model has everything you'd want. Mi integrates many sought after features raising the M365 above its competition. RC Geeks are a UK based company meaning delivery is quick and simple, and you are at no risk of import fees or hefty delivery costs that you could be hit by when purchasing from outside the UK.

Riding one for second year and don't care about legal it is or not. Nobody stopped me or cautioned either...
These get so much stick .
Yet cyclists have no insurance.
A cyclist hit my mirror when I was stood still , took it right off .
He had tons of room as well .
He rode off . I give chase and grabbed him , bloody 50 year old teacher trying to escape .
I phoned the dealership up and they give me a price of £290 to replace .
I wouldn't let him leave till he had transferred the money to my account.
Cyclists should be insured.
Looks like these scooters will be legal soon as they are in most countries.

From June yes but only rental scooters from companies participating in the nationwide trial. Privately owned scooters will remain illegal.
PIPS14/05/2020 11:40

Any proof of this ???

gov.uk/gov…ing

"E-scooter trials will also be brought forward from next year to next month to help encourage more people off public transport and onto greener alternatives. Originally set to take place in 4 Future Transport Zones, the trials of rental e-scooters – which will now be offered to all local areas across the country – will allow government to assess the benefits of e-scooters as well as their impact on public space, with the potential to see rental vehicles on UK roads as early as June."

I love mine. Was lucky to get the pro delivered from Poland in a deal on here months ago for £327.
For anyone who says they don't care if they are illegal. If you cause an accident whilst riding one, you will care when you get sued.
Currently available on AliExpress from Cz Republic for £301 ... I ordered one earlier this morning.

No one knows yet but I’d expect if they are made legal it will be similar to electric bikes and can be ridden same places as those but we have to wait and see!

Same as normal bicycle Manual scooter or electric bicycle though, no difference which form of the above you use or even as a pedestrian if you cause an accident and injury or damage you can get sued so not specific advice re these devices

Cz Republic is an EU country so no additional VAT or charges :-)

thanks for that. one final question if you don't mind. Wasn't sure what "global version" of this means. I am aware that there is an "EU version", which comes with 2 spare tyres. Any thoughts. I'm just paranoid about receiving a fake. Cheers
Anybody seen the newer version s1? Or lite? Or even the pro 2 version which I csnt wait to hear what's theyve upgraded and how much it is.
Should I just buy the current pro now or wait....ahhhh

EU version comes with EU plug so kight need an adaptor for UK,
Transformer uses a standard IEC C7 lead - the figure of 8 type. Bound to have one laying about from an old appliance like a sky box.

If your like me a casual user you won’t use it, mines been used once since August last year
Saw the reviews for this and there quite competitive to the Ninebot ES2 that was posted here the other day.

Decided to go with the ES4 because of the history of the company and for the 2yr warranty.
Transport Secretary mentioned last week that there pushing the review of E-Scooters from next year... To next month!! Across the UK in each borough.

There looking at this long term.. Car Industry will be badly hit by all this. In my mind, it's game over for the Car industry now....So E-Scooters will be a cheaper and more affordable way of travel for some. Not all of us of course! You can't do tesco shop on a e-scooter lol But there looking at less cars on the road, which will mean more room for cyclists and bikes etc. E-scooters will be a part of that.

But I totally agree @yozzman1234 - Cyclists, E-scooters etc should all be insured! I'm sure the Government are looking at ways to Tax cyclists and e-scooter users soon. As there will be less cars on the road for awhile..

Anyone worried about buying an E-scooter?? Just buy it! £349 isn't a lot for a E-scooter. Not a bad deal. Police won't do ya unless your riding it like a tool! Going through the high street at a stupid speed lol. Being obvious!! But if your seriously considering an E-scooter for a way of travel for work etc?? Then my advice is to wait until the government make the safety regulations for e-scooters... Your more than likley find that all the e-scooters won't be road legal.

If you have house insurance then you are almost certainly covered on your bicycle. The risk is so low they throw it in for free.

That wouldn't apply to someone on a scooter for obvious reasons.

We were in San Francisco a couple of years ago and really impressed by the number of people of e-scooters there. Ducking in and out of the traffic and break neck speed. No helmets! The car drivers just seemed to accept and ignore them. Would love to see the casualty figures but sure looked cool.
