This is an amazing price for a p shower bath
As for taps, I would not bother, I would cap the holes if they are pre driller and simply install an over flow bath filler which is cheap, filled the bath but also is an overflow
I would then have a shower in the wall or drill a hole in the bath corner for a retractable shower hose/head
