Synopsis of Wii Dual Charger/Docking PowerStation (powp) (wii)
The Wii Power Station features not one, but two high quality rechargeable Battery-Packs, designed for use in up to two Wii Remotes, removing the need for replacement batteries. When finished gaming, the Docking Station charges, stores and protects up to two Wii Remotes and provides a retractable cradle to store the Wii Nunchuk controller.

Am looking for one of these where the remote will fit while it is wearing the silicon sleeve - it'd be a bit of a potch to remove the sleeves every time you want to use the stand/charger

Fancy one of these myself but keep reading too many bad things about them in general.

Stories of them ruining the remotes.
Having to take the jacket and wrist straps off to use some of them.

Not sure about this particular one but im just going to grab some rechargeable battery's for the time being. Till something official or of proven quality is out. Everyone i know personally who has one has had no problems but there seems to be a lot of horror stories online.

I have one of these and can confirm that they are excellent.;-) I have the official Nintendo Wii jackets which you apply for online and you only need to peel it back at the bottom..theres no need to take the safety strap off either..The recharge is very quick and lasts for ages..We played the other night for approximately 4 hours and the charge had only gone down 1 notch on the Wiimote..

I would definatley recommend this power station as it will save you a fortune in batteries

:? Really

I got rid of mine back to argos waste of space really

BTW I still use re-chargables that charge in 15 minutes not 15 hours and don't have to leave the Wii powered on to charge :-D

You only need to remove the sleeve (Which takes 3-4 seconds) once a day, if you are a heavy user.

I don't know this specific charger, but my sons has a USB charger that I simply plug into my PC which is on most of the day anyway.

I agree with col. We use rechargable batteries (hubby bought some special ones and a special charger) and it works great!
