Excellent price. Use code TDX-24R8 for this price. Correct me if I'm wrong, but next best price I could find is Shopto.net @ £78.75.

How does this "Game On" board compare with the official Nintendo one ?

Anybody have one of these ?

If its the one I'm thinking of... its supposed to be more durable than the original... 'jumping' on it isnt a problem like it is on the original. think it can take more weight.

I got this today. Compared to the Nintendo version:

The corners light up when you get on/off
the sync button isn't inside the battery compartment
Chunkier construction
Grippy rubber pads for the feet
Max weight 23.5 st (150Kg)

You will need 4 AA sized batteries as none are included.
No extension feet for carpets.

See some comments about this board on this thread:

My experience of the board is through playing on my parents board which they bought at Christmas - I have the Nintendo board so I can do an experience product to product comparison. The Game On Board cracked when you stood on it and kept loosing connection (particularly annoying when skateboarding, having to get off the board, push the power button and wait for it to sort itself out mid way through a game). They took it back to Tesco for a refund and the person on the desk said they were getting a couple of these back every day.

Great deal if the board was any good, but it's not. Pay a bit more for a board that works.

Back in stock, but guess what... It's now £70!

Nice one Tesco To... sirs!?!
