Deus Ex is great on Wii U... perhaps one of the best uses of the GamePad on Wii U; they made it feel like a Swiss Army knife. A very good performing port too.

They did. Check reviews as I can't remember what it was. Deus-ex was great on the extra screen. Nice amount of options at your fingertips.

Zombi U and Deus Ex are more than worth the price if you can find it local, both used the gamepad really well and are arguably the best versions of the game. Blacklist wasn't bad on Wii U either, but I only played about 2 hours of it.
Some other decent prices for collectors. Got Devils Third for £7.50.

I too decided on a WiiU this Christmas, however I've hacked it so no need to hunt down scarce copies of games

Never played it personally. Arkham City had similar additions though; checking the map and switching weapons on the GamePad whilst flying through the air - all without needing to pause the game like you would on any other platform - actually added an immersive flow to the game. I've completed it on PC too for the record. The other Wii U exclusive features like the Power Suit or whatever it was, I didn't use at all!

If you are an RTS fan, Pikmin 3 is a masterpiece. Using the Wiimote and Chuck as the main controller, you halt the playfield by touching the GamePad and then use it to plan and plot your moves, then switch back to the Wiimote... absolutely sublime experience.

Do tell.. sharing is caring

Q1. Is it a nightmare?
Q2. How long (roughly) does it take to accomplish?
Q3. When can I start?

Thanks in advance

Already got pikmin 3 I’m not a fan of RTS but I LOVED P1&2 on the game cube (also masterpieces) I have waited a lon gass time to finally get the play the third instalment.. the main reason I bought the wiiU! I also picked up mariokart 8, zombiU, mario 3d world and super mario bros U (with super Luigi bros U on same disk) and all have exceeded the high expectations I had for them. Can u recommend some titles? Or do a top 5-10.. cheers.
Saw Deus Ex for this price the other day. Pains me when I remember that I paid £20-odd for a pre-owned copy

Brilliant game though, and uses the gamepad really well. Although the inventory system is maddening
