I was in having a look at the Ps4 games tonight, noticed they had the following WII U games on the shelf:

Super Mario U £15
Super Mario 3D World £15
Donkey Kong Country £15

there was about 3 of each on the shelf. Didn't take a photo as I didn't want to look weird.

In what way? You'd be surprised how many people still have the Wii U for the kids.
Why is taking a photo of them weird?

He means that these Asda game deals have been posted several times a day for the last week or two.
Any Nintendo Switch games down there?

I'm talking about the price. They have always been this price in Asda.

Couple of people lingering about just felt awkward grabbing the camera and snapping away. Felt like one of those mystery shoppers.

Ah right got you, yeah I'm not claiming credit for that, I was in my local in Basingstoke to see what they had left in stock. Just posted this in case anyone else was wondering.

Okay cool, just compared the prices to what was on Pricespy and they were cheaper than anywhere else. Apologies if it's offended you.

Nothing that jumped out in price. They had a couple of the Ps4 and Xbox One £5 games left, COD IW and Star Wars Bf.
These will most likley be the nintendo selects range with a red border which are usually £16.99

I'd just assumed that Asda had stopped selling all Wii U games a couple of years ago.
Still a great instore price, heat added and thanks for sharing OP.
Should have got them scanned as possibly £5 each they have been in some asdas.

Yep and in the ones around here possibly same where poster said and tickets just not been changed.
I wish someone could find a deal on the actual console. New ones have now seemingly all been sold since Nintendo ceased manufacturing them. Now all I can find are ludicrously over-priced second-hand Wii Us covered in scuffs and scratches. What do people do with them? Play football with them? None of my old consoles have ever got in that state.
Confirmed this deal at Asda Crystal Peaks Drakehouse too (no DK tho).

One word.. children.
Got one from game for 99 quid in fair condition and it certainly wasn't bad although could be pot luck.

Yes, sounds about right. But even as a kid I always looked after my stuff. I blame the parents!

If you can find one - any brand new boxed Wii U console in Game (no matter what game it's boxed with) will scan at £49.99. I was lucky enough to get one several months ago, courtesy of a thread on here. Worth an ask in any store you can - get them to check the stock room (they won't be on the shop floor) and obviously don't alert them to the price! They're like gold dust now, but worth an ask if you have one locally? Argos also still sell them, but for a crazy £249.99!

I picked one up in pretty good quality second hand off of eBay. I got it about two months before the switch came out so the prices were silly cheap. I only have it as a party console and for the little one.
Yeah same here party console but the mario games are brilliant!
