I believe I said once before that this is a "solution to a problem that doesn't exist".

You can pick them up at comet for £7.99, without having to wait for/or pay for delivery

The problem exists sometimes - like when you set up a projector for kids to use the Wii. Then you're in a darkened room with the sensor bar perched on a chair somewhere in the middle and its power cable extended like a tripwire. I bought a wireless bar just for this setup. However I made the mistake of getting a cheap one off Ebay, when I should have paid a bit more for a branded one with a bit more welly, ie more powerful IR emitters.

They aren't 'sensor' bars at all of course, they don't send any signal back to the Wii. They merely have a pair of IR emitters at each end that the remotes use to work out where they are in relation to the screen. Some websites say you can use nightlights or even hacked TV remotes and get the same effect.

anyway, I'd vote these hot, if they are branded and they work...
