If you are mad like me and like spending your money feeding wild birds then this is a hot deal. Buying normal wild bird peanuts for £1 a kilo is hard to come by but buying premium peanuts for just over a £1 a kilo is a great price.

Other bird seed is available very cheap to with 20% off.

Delivery is £4 but if you spend over £49 delivery is free.

Give em tesco value salted peanuts instead which are cheaper. Plus all the salt will kill em and you will not have to feed em anymore!

Seems like a lot of money to spend on wild birds. I am sure they can find food easy enough and if not they will use their wings and fly somewhere else to find some like they have for millions of years:-D

Good price and I do feed the birds but I'd hate you to do my shopping.........
......£1.30 isn't just over a £1 in my purse:)

they need the fat this time of year and esp this year with it being so cold. my kids (with help from nanny) made fat balls for our garden, the birds love them!!

I ordered 100 premium fat balls for £14 which seemed reasonable. Lots of happy birds in my garden!

you're sure are you? the RSPB and all the other bird societies must be wrong then. ]http//ww…uk/ (see headline "Birds need your help!").

It is actually great to see all the unusual types of birds that suddenly appear when you put food out. Woodpeckers, Field Fare, Mistle Thrushes, Dodos... It's not just for their benefit. I've stopped short of persuading the local Red Kites with fresh red meat though, that might be expensive unless you're prepared to collect road kill.

exactly.

and anyway, millions of years ago, the birds were big nasty dinosaurs weren't they?!

I dont get it sorry. We dont bother feeding rats, foxes hedgehogs, mice and rabbits etc and they cant fly.

I for one won't waste money on em however nice they look. Plus its only doves brave enough to come in our garden what with the terrier and cat lurking.

I am sure if your that way inclined to feed em its a good price though.

Yeah and I am sure there are very much cheaper ways of doing it too!

My two year old loves seeing all the different types of bird, if foxes, hedgehods and rabbits want to come they are more than welcome. For the bigger birds I chuck out chicken carcusses, the jacks are like piranhas they'll strip it in minutes, then put bones in the bin, saves CO2 less weight to the tip.

In fact birds really will eat just about anything!

Change your user name to "I am Sure". If you can find cheaper peanuts, then post them up.
