Yea frozen... Don't know but they are a nice size for a dinner when cooked... Any ideas on a sauce I've tried hollandaise and parsley but looking for something different

I am not a big fan of sauces, just salad with olive oil and few new potatoes

Teriyaki - havent had one person ever dislike it whenever Ive made it. Even those you do not usually eat fish. Mix soy, bit of sesame oil/seeds, ginger, garlic and honey, marinate and grill/griddle. Or else buy shop bought marinade.

Another quick easy one is spread red/green pesto and a slice of lemon in a foil parcel with the salmon, seal and put in oven for 20-25mins.

Scale the skin if necessary.
Rub in Chinese five spice, garlic, ginger, chilli. Pan fry, skin side down first in a little olive oil.
Beautiful!

I sometimes put a sweet chilli dipping sauce with some lemon/lime juice over the top of the salmon before cooking with some slices of spring onion and carrots, yum! Think thats what Im having for tea tonight! x

Not a sauce but a Jamie Oliver approach. Rub fillets with olive oil, sea salt and fresh thyme. Lovely with baked potato and broad beans with a little butter and black pepper

Bake in foil with a bit of white wine and couple of basil leafs

Wild? It was absolutely livid...

prefer Red but pink is cheaper for the masses

Everyone's tastes and standards are different, obviously, but I've always found the meat and fish from Lidl to be excellent in every way. The quality, flavour and price are at least as good as, and in most cases better than, the equivalent offerings from the other supermarkets.
Of course you will find better at a butcher's or fishmonger's shop, but at a price.

The meat and fish doesn't compare in the slightest to other supermarkets in both selection and quality. Why hasn't Lidl ever received any sort of acclaim if in most cases its better? Probably the fact that only the delusional would think it is better and the rest of the consumers accept that they only buy it because its cheap.

I think you failed to spot the words "I've always found" in my post, meaning that's my experience and opinion.
