ONLINE and INSTORE

Was in store this lunchtime and spotted this -- thought it was a mis-price as SINGLE ones are £14 instore and the Wilkinson budget range for Double Size are £7

However deal also available online but showing "0" in stock so best pursued INSTORE

I bought two

which is why I state "showing "0" in stock so best pursued INSTORE"

I got mine instore and thought it was a mis-price as no other sizes were reduced instore ... only went online to get the photo

Why state ONLINE & INSTORE when it's clearly not available online ?

it is available online - they have not removed the offer. I don't know whether they will get stock into their warehouse but all the time it remains "active" online I'm comfortable

I have no insight into Wilkinson's stock control but this is not "End of Line" it is their standard "luxury" range .... My local Wilkinson had around 30 packs of the Double Sheet on the shelf

OOS waste of time

sigh! In store there is plenty of stock. Wilkinson have nearly 400 stores in the UK.

fair point ... my local store is Burgess Hill., Sussex

Just made up a bed with one of the ones i bought - they are really good quality

There are loads of these in my local, thing is i don't want white bed sheets, therefore anyone know if you can dye them and whats the best way to do it?

Cheers OP picked one up instore today, still had a few on the shelf as well.

100% cotton so very much possible -- whether it is worth the hassle (as opposed to paying the extra for coloured) I'm not sure

depends if you like "home hobbying" I guess

this came up on google if you do ... a how to guide ...

is now expired ONLINE - may still be available in shops

Anyone could find it in another Wilko Store ?

ring your nearest wilkos, and they can tell you the stock levels of other stores.

OOS Online

Wilkinson own brands are normally awful quality.

still going in Manchester 9/2/13 12.20pm 400 thread double fitted six pounds got two. reasonable quality .Usually pay four pounds for three hundred thread at wholesale .These appear better quality however time will tell would pay more for more higher thread.

These are end of line and plenty in Derby store. Many more home reductions in store as Wilkos is having a revamp on the section so worth looking for other bits like bath accessories, decorative ornamental bits, towels, wall art, canvas prints, frames, mirrors, furniture, lighting, bed sheets and covers, pillows, cushions and duvets. Did I get it all?

I had a fitted sheet from god knows where that has worn out after 10 years.

So I bought fitted cotton sheets from Dunelm and Tesco, both of which shrank in the wash to the point where they keep coming off the mattress. Wash settings were same as for the previous sheet.
"Fitted" sheets that no longer fit after one wash seem like a waste of money to me.

So now I've just bought a fitted sheet from IKEA, as their standard size is a bit larger. It still fits after the first wash.
