Are they better than Fusion or simillar ?????

IMO yes they're better then the old Fusion, don't know about the proglide as I haven't tried that yet, however the Hydro gives you an excellent close shave I really recommend it!

Great deal. Thanks

Awesome. I've been holding off buying a new razor but needed to buy one on next shop.

Saved me some pennies! Have some heat

Not a patch on the Fusion imho - they are fine if you shave most days and don't have any real growth to trim. If you are like me and like to let it grow for 3 or 4 days between shaves then the Fusion is still untouchable ...

Good deal though.:D

Out of stock

The five blade pack showing out of stock but ordered a couple of packs of the cheaper ones. Cheers bud

I shave once every 3 days too but still rate the Hydro as the better razor

Fusion different class imo

Kidderminster still has Hydro3 left. I managed to grab the last Hydro5.

Kudos to the OP

Fusion take's the crown for me.
Five blade Hydro wasn't as smooth over my skin as the Fusion.Buggar cut me on first use as well, something the fusion's never done, yet oO

went in my local Boots in Gateshead Metro Centre & they had them full price. When I asked they looked quizically at me & said they were full price, even went to the till & it came up £7.49 too! What's going on?

I think the website price is maybe incorrect? I checked instore (in Cheltenham) and the half price sign, in small writing, says that half price is equivalent to purchasing the razor and the set of blades separately. So I think the £7.50 (which they were scanning at in Cheltenham) IS actually the half price, as buying the items separately comes to about £15. I'd guess the website has halved the promotional price which in itself was already half price.

Definitely hot if still in stock at stores. The Hydro blades at last offer some competition for Gillette. Been using these since Christmas. The Hydro 3 gives a great shave and the blades last for ages.

It says in red letters "half price on selected wilkinson hydro packs" I don't get it? If it's just online then it should say so?!

As I said, I'd suggest that maybe they have set the promotion up incorrectly on the website. The 'half price' shelf edge and point-of-sale materials in boots have an asterisk next to the word "half price" which states it is equivalent to the full price of purchasing the razor and the set of four blades separately. So the 'full price' of £7.49 is actually a promotional price. In any case, if the team behind the website have decided to futher reduce this by 50% and it isn't an error, then I don't believe the store are in any way legally obliged to match the same price, so it's just a case of checking the site every now and then in the hope of getting lucky?!

EDIT: just noticed someone above bought one instore... be interested to know what price they were charged?!

I read the confusing description too but decided I'd take 2 up to the till and if it was £7.49 I'd still get one anyway but it's scanned through at £3.74.

I knew it Boots in the Metro Centre are total imbeciles

£3.74 in the Epsom Boots

Just nipped to Boots in Warrington and got the Hydro 5 pack for £3.74 They had other stock too of the Hydro 3's. The markup was a little confusing, was unsure whether the 7.48 was already half price but hoped for the best thankfully! Thanks to the OP. Voted HOT!

Went back to Boots this morning and they are back to full price.

I bought one from Southampton Boots yesterday evening. Scanned through the till at the full shelf price, I queried it and the assistant went to check - offer sign clearly said half price and as the razors were on promotion (not reduced) they sold it to me half price...had loads left last night

Just got one in Portsmouth - great deal!!!!

Bought the Hydro 5 from Boots Swindon Greenbridge, nothing on the shelves but discount applied at tills. Very happy

At Preston first thing this morning I queried the price and was told £7.49. I pointed out the half price label and they honoured it at half price. But a couple of people i work with went at lunchtime and were told the £7.49 price is the offer and they wouldn't budge on it. They did say there had been loads of enquiries and were still looking into it.

On a happier note, i got 4 packs for an ace price. Many thanks OP

I had my order cancelled by Boots today. The reason they gave was 1. We had a technical issue
2. There was insufficient stock to meet your order.

Anyone had their order cancelled?
