im currently using the self propelled which was £150
guess its similar
good machine that cuts well im low grass but get full quick when high grass would have been better with a side chute as well
and self propelled wheels slips on wet ground
hot though

"hand propelled"!!!!!! you mean push mower

Price is just about right but not hot

Depending on the weight of this it can be very hard to use (because it's hand propelled). Self propelled you just need to guide, this is a decent price though!

What's the most efficient cut, this type or cylinder..?

Can't imagine it's 'very hard to use' it's a mower, you push it, that's it!!

How hard it is to push depends on how flat and inclined your lawn is.

If you've got a good flat lawn a cylinder mower is always going to give you a better finish. A petrol cylinder mower will probably cost you a fair bit more.

Bought one last year, had no problems with it, used to have a large flymo hover mower and it struggled with my garden.

16cm cutting width means it's going to take a while to cut pretty much any lawn!

I was a bit baffled by the high reviews, yet having a 16cm cutting width which is ridiculously small. Rang up, and apparently it's 16 inches (40cm) cutting width. It's a mistake on the spec on Wilco's website.

I hope that helps someone!

What engine are in these

I've bought one of these on recommendation from a friend - even though I have a slight incline I can't see it being that much of an issue

Just to follow up on this - I'm so impressed with this lawnmower. I was a little sceptical at the price, and the fact it has plastic body. But, it's sturdy, and does an excellent job. Can't believe the value for money.

Mine came about a week ago - I can recommend it enough - for less than £100 the mower is magnificent, cuts grass low and high - my garden was well over grown and wet and this mower still manage to cut the grass - very easy to push and light would highly recommend it to anyone.

Just ordered one so will update when i've used it.
