Absolutely gutted! I paid £23 for two when they were on offer lately.

      It's only a £5 loss, you'll get over it.
      £2 c and c what a joke
      Saro03/09/2019 12:03

Any good for bathrooms near the bath area (above the tiling) ?

I’m in the Manchester area, and it worked on my bathroom, so it should be fine in Bath, or any part of the country really.
72 colours £9. That’s roughly 13 pence per colour. Cheap. Heat from me

Apparently, one colour is £8.29 and the rest are a bargain at 1p each. They wouldn't comment on which colour was the biggie, but I'd guess gold.
Just ordered 2 tins but to be charged £2 for click and collect is just a rip off......but I won’t lose sleep over it

Great paint and offer! I will be getting some soon. Thank you
£2 click & collect doesn't seem so bad when you think about the weight of paint tins
Does anyone know if still on offer instore
Was just coming on to ask this as well. Went into our local branch and it was marked as full price on the shelf. Didn't have enough of what I needed so didn't bother asking.

Thats against HOTUKDEALS logic though, he's right to be gutted. I've seen deals go COLD being .50p to expensive.
Called in Sunday and still on offer
How is this compared to the dulex range?

Pffft. I buy only the finest tempura paint, made from Honduran emerald hummingbird eggs and scrapings taken from Van Gogh’s Sunflowers. £10,000 a milligram.

In all seriousness though, I’ve read that F&B is thin and overrated - I did buy 2.5L in the Homebase clearance last year for £7.50, but haven’t got round to trying it yet. What size/type are you buying for £100 a tin? Even not on sale Homebase are currently doing 2 x 2.5L for £70...

How doesthis compare to Dulux Diamond?

No comparison because Diamond is a top quality Trade paint and this is average Retail paint
Thanks for posting @RUSSt we have added this to the Highlights section

How doesthis compare to Dulux Diamond?

Dulux diamond is overrated and overpriced, so I wouldn't worry. We paid a fortune to have it in our house, but never again. The marks don't wash off, so you still have to touch up. You can get 8 tins of this for the same price!
Does anyone know if Wilko paint is any good? I’ve never tried it. Would I need to paint several layers for the walls to look decent?
Just painted my hallway myself with this paint, really recommend it. I used the milky coffee colour which is more like "milky tea" but it covers well and is very thick, only needed 3 tins (£27) for my upstairs and downstairs hallways. Bargain. I'm not a professional painter but I can't see any benefit to buying expensive branded paint (eg Dulux trade) over this, after using both.

Covered well in 2 coats. Obviously time will tell if it's durable but the paint is very thick so hopefully it'll stand up to a bit of wear and tear.

Excuse the dodgy photo with the carpet that's due to be replaced next week!
