Wilko Tongue and Groove Toilet Seat White £8.00 @ WILKO

Found 18th Aug 2013
his simple-but-pretty white slat toilet seat co-ordinates with the rest of our white slat range of bathroom accessories, which gives a nod to the traditional Shaker look with its tongue-and-groove-effect pattern. The loo seat is quick and easy to install and will fit most standard UK toilets. Its fixing holes are approximately 16.5cm/6.5in apart. To clean, wipe with a soft damp cloth, taking care to dry the hinges afterwards. Full instructions are included.

Tongue, groove and toilet, are not three words I like to see in the same sentence oO
^^^ Exactly what I was thinking!
it is wood or plastic

it's wood.....we've got this one
cant seem to get the link to work
If you're going to invest in a seat which you'll probably sit on everyday, I recommend not going cheap. I went through a bunch of toilet seats because the hinges and screwfix system was so terrible on the cheaper ones. Spent a bit more and got one that was just perfect, never ever slides, the lid stays up, and falls down gracefully.
or lose some weight?
Can we buy heated toilet seats from somewhere? I've always been partial to a warm seat, but usually if I get one theres an accompanying stench.

I was very pleased that the price was so reasonable too.Yes, I recommend this product.on the website reveiws

Strange... I've got one and it's definitely not plastic. It's more like MDF to be honest.
Just asked hubs - definitely MDF.
Thanks OP!
