It won't be the greatest trainer going, but for fifty quid, it's money well spent for keeping the winter love handles at bay, having munched the miles all summer long and got rid of them. Or something like that.

Certainly a good way of keeping your "mileage" up when you can't fins the time to get out on the bike, or during spells of less favourable cycling conditions, if you're not fan of Baltic headwinds and frozen bogies.

I would say £50 is average for this type of trainer.

most seem to be dearer, tbh if I was buying one I'd spend a little more on this chainreactioncycles.com/tac…153 but for the price of a meal out, you could probably do worse than the posted trainer
winter is coming???? let us enjoy the long-time-hidden-away sun for a while please

Cant go wrong with Tacx. I was tempted the other day to get the Tacx T2000 i-Genius, It was on Amazon Warehouse for £200. I used to have an i-flow.

Aye Tacx are a reputable brand, even their basic turbo is likely to last (the £75 one...not the posted one!). I've got a spinning bike just now, it's a little noisy but saves faffing about with wheels. Still, this takes up a lot less space!
