8inch cable would be pretty useless
i'm confused, when is it released? Amazon is saying that I can have this tomorrow?

    It says 8', not 8".

haha, the minor details eh the cable is detachable anyway, so you could of course swap it for any other cables you prefer if you really wanted to.

That's just the OP's description. If you read the actual product page on both Amazon and Base, you'll see it says 8'.

You like your rumble don't ya? The no amiibo compatibility is actually quite poor. Guess your supposed to cable tie the left joy con to it for that

Shouldn’t be allowed to be called “pro” with features missing, maybe a semi.

Also disappointing you didn’t give it the full name.

    But amiibo comparability aint one.

    Now hit me
Presumably the switch controller that comes with the switch has Amiibo compatibility so why would you need it on anything else?

    massive fan.
I picked up the Mario version of this controller at Christmas. Admittedly, no Amiibo support, no motion controls, and no rumble, but it’s a solid controller with snappy responsive analogue sticks. Perfect for games like Mario Rabbids, Doom, or Skyrim- not to mention a lot of the indie titles. Still, if you can get a proper Pro controller, then pay the extra and go for that

No idea, I don't own it and I won't buying either. I rarely buy the deals I post. I am happy with the Joy-Con's and is going to be wireless only for me with the Switch.

I guess in theory you can easily replace a damaged cable? You can use a longer one perhaps if needed.

I have a controller like this & for me it makes it easier to pack & take it with me when I'm going away. It makes it fit a control case just like the real Pro can without the cable getting in the way.

Some Amiibos give in game power ups etc. Eg on mario odyssey you can use Wedding Mario or Peach (cant recall which) for temp invunerability.
So can use it on boss battles. So you need to be quick using the Amiibo.
