I own this and the quality is much better than 480p native projectors. But to be honest you cannot expect it to be really bright if the room is not dark. In a dark room the quality is quite good. I even use it for my xbox!
Can't see any voucher...
Ha look at those clusters of reviews all on the same dates. Fake reviews, oh just noticed that I had bought one of their other projectors for review, Abox not to be trusted!

Check out the brand, all sold by abox.

On another note wish people would look at the seriousness of these fake reveiws. The reviewers are getting reimbursed fully via paypal for the purchases, a lot just resell the product without actually testing it and the rest well will say anything to get something for free. I can trace a lot of those names back to certain review groups so know how much BS they write.

If only the mods checked out the reviews too when moderating the deals posted that are FBA as it is common for clusters of reviews on same dates. No organic sales generate this amount of reviews on the same period and plus many agents/sellers ask reveiwers to post a deal on here and on other deals sites for a cash payment or another free gift.

Absolutely agree. There are definitely fake reviews running on amazon, but the problem is that there is saturation in the market and unless these sellers buy reviews they are just not able to sell. The main culprit are bigger chinese sellers such as Anker who paid their way into the market and made this whole concept dirty! The main security one has is that you can always return the item on Amazon if its crap! So there practically is no loss to the customer!

Also these sellers pay reviewers to leave bad reviews too on their competitors. Amazon is only bothered about their sales so as long as there are more positive reviews it would mean more sales for amazon , therefore they are turning a blind eye. Having said that paid reviews generally dont mean that the product is not good quality! These chinese sellers provide a lot of warranty and support including retruns and refunds beyond warranty period. I have claimed refund after the initial period directly from the seller as my product just stopped working and they happily do it! You will see same products being sold at much lower price in different parts of the world, that is why they can afford to refund you and also pay for the reviews, because costs are much much lesser!

Time is a loss to the customer. Buying reviews well I wouldn't say that is an ideal way to gain market dominance or consumer trust. Given the amount of fake review finding websites they all get found out an in time Amazon blacklist those sellers and delete the reviews in due course
As for what you say about chinese sellers provide a lot of warranty and support that is ballony especially after the AtoZ period has come to an end. Some sellers are ruthless and ignore any call for support.

Do you believe that amazon would do such a thing? First up, amazon is not a review company doing work for the betterment of the community. Its a business! If they had been blacklisting sellers, Aukey, Xiaomi and Anker would have been the first ones who still are buying reviews. Also, if Amazon loses a seller, its a loss for amazon as it would be losing to its competition i.e Aliexpress etc who also never do a crackdown on a fake review!

Yes Amazon do that. Many reviews have been purged and associated sellers have had their accounts closed. Seen and been a part of it even if my reviews were honest 3 stars. Reviewers also had many emails due to account under review for manipulation.

Yeah I've been looking for a projector and they all say "Verified Purchase" so a lot of people will trust them, all 4.8/5 average from 200 reviews etc etc. Amazon couldn't seem to care less

Agreed - Anker was one of the first, and now everyone has forgotten their shady beginnings and loves them

That's where extra investigation is needed by buyers. At first glance everyone will believe what is posted so a lot will be fooled until they get the product and realise otherwise.

It used to be they had to say "Review in exchange for goods/discount" then Amazon (apparently) tried cracking down on that. So now it's just wall-to-wall 5* Verified Purchases. I always read the poorer reviews to make sure in any case. Projectors are an extra tough one because some can be so dim even in low light
