Terrible service. Had 3 relatives using these, all within a week flying. …Terrible service. Had 3 relatives using these, all within a week flying. All of them arrived at destination 3 to 7 hours late. Declined the compensation claim, suggesting exceptional circumstances, will approach a specialised organization as the claim is 400 euros if arriving 3hours+ too late. Also, they put the prices up before giving the discount, I can tell you this for sure, as I use them often. Not my choice, but have no alternative. Not voting.

no need to use any claims companies to claim the compensation. Email your complaint and evidence to AviationADR. They will liaise with the airline to resolve the matter for no fee. Resolved complaints with 2 other airlines this way.

(just testing)
Worst airline ever imo!
Worst Airline I've ever used. Went with them to Budapest and they were terrible and so rude

Use Wizz Air 3/4 times a year and never had an issue. If you pay £15 for a seat then should you expect BA 1st class service?

i booked yesterday to go to Poznan in September and it cost £61 return with a 20kg bag. Same flight today costs £13 more even with the 20% discount 😳
The 20% discount is only valid on flights until Oct 31. Its not all flights.

Looks like you didn't use Ryanair or British Airways yet?
Worth noting that this is only valid on trips upto 31st October

I have to agree. Flew back from Vilnius last December with them after flying out with Ryanair (wasn't holding my breath but happily impressed) and can't say I had any issues with Wizzair. I'll add heat.

Doesn't it depend on the airline? I swear the one you have to use for BA charges £25 if they reject your claim

Not sure why people find it so hard - we don't expect first class service, but we do expect some kind of actual service. Tired of budget airline apologists who excuse terrible behaviour because "It's cheap, what did you expect?!"
Thanks! I first approached the airline and compensation was decline. My next step is ADR, I already told wizzair I will approach ADR.

Their discount is like the euro car parts
Great only for some destinations , this company is always late , change flights dates and the real ticket price at the end is expensive. So better fly with real airlines . No-no this one , RyanAir, Thompson and EasyJet. I sued them twice and earn good compensation money back , they are ...

Could be, but in my instances, I won the claims so didn't come across that.
On par with Easyjet as the worst airline going, booked return flights for myself, the wife and our son to Larnaca last October, paid top price to get baggage allowance and extra legroom seats - I'm a lanky bloke... Found out 10 days before I travelled (by sheer chance) that my son wasnt allowed to sit in the extra legroom seat they had knowingly sold me despite knowing our booking was essentially null and void and all hell would have broke loose when we tried to board. We tried to refuse their offer to move to "normal" seats (despite them selling us the seats KNOWING my son was only 8 ) Asked several times for a refund for the flights but they steadfastly refused this as well so we ended up having to move and sit in crap seats. Even tried to the money back via my credit card company and book with Thomas Cook but they didnt want to know either... never again...
