Wolfenstein: The Old Blood Product Details Wolfenstein®: The Old Blood is a standalone prequel to the critically acclaimed first-person action-adventure shooter, Wolfenstein®: The New Order. The adventure, which spans eight chapters and two interconnected stories, features the hallmarks of MachineGames – thrilling action, immersive story and intense first-person combat. As war hero B.J. Blazkowicz, arm yourself with new weapons such as the bolt-action rifle and grenade-launching Kampfpistole as you attempt to thwart the advancing Nazi war machine, and take advantage of duel-wielding pipes that can be used for wall climbing – or for vicious take-downs of never-before-seen Nazi adversaries.

STORY:

The year is 1946 and the Nazis are on the brink of winning World War II. In an effort to turn the tide in the allies’ favor, B.J. Blazkowicz must embark on an epic, two-part mission deep within Bavaria….

Part one of Wolfenstein: The Old Blood - Rudi Jäger and the Den of Wolves - pits BJ Blazkowicz against a maniacal prison warden as he breaks into Castle Wolfenstein in an attempt to steal the coordinates to General Deathshead’s compound. In part two – The Dark Secrets of Helga Von Schabbs – our hero's search for the coordinates leads him to the city of Wulfburg where an obsessed Nazi archaeologist is exhuming mysterious artifacts that threaten to unleash a dark and ancient power.

Good game
Good deal. Hopefully there will soon be a deal for The New Order too.
Good price but pretty sure it's been at this price for ages, few months at least - seen it on here a few times

Prices have never been fixed. Since Christmas it has been going up and down and I think it's second or third time GAME is offering the game at this price. What you've seen in occasional times does not represent the meaning of "ages".

I'll re-phrase if it will make you smile. Every time that I've seen this title in Game, it has been this particular price, and this has been over a period of months. Months equals 'ages' for some, not so long for others. Not knocking your deal, but my experience of this game at this retailer has been at this price.
For those that like 'fixed' prices, it's £8 at Tesco....

I'll stick to what I said mate. £7.99 has not been repeated as much as you are saying. HOWEVER, it has been cheaper on GAME and also more expensive that this at the same time. I think the lowest it has been from them was £6.99 when I bought mine and the highest was £12.99 (Obviously we are talking after Christmas). It has also been cheaper from other retailers like Smyths (£5) and as you said Tesco for £8 (But they have no more of these in stock, so tesco is out). Coming back to the topic, you want it now, this is possibly the best available deal, period.

Prices go up and down - on loads of things. This is the cheapest price right now, and that's all that matters.

This is a great game, btw

Apologies. I have seen this game at around the £8 for so long I assumed it was always a 'budget' title, but having had a look around it seems much more expensive elsewhere. I put off buying it because I thought 'I'll pick it up at some point'. Best price by some distance, might have to bite now
Great game, didn't enjoy as much as the New Order but kudos to the developers for making a semi-sequel/large DLC the right price.
you can find it cheaper on ps store, around fiver
Just picked up a copy from my local GAME store. Heat added.
