I don't mean to be a d1ck but rrp for a digital game is a deal? I can understand with physical items that are low prints etc but digital

A digital title that is actually cheaper than physical copies on day one? …A digital title that is actually cheaper than physical copies on day one? Well blow me down.

It's not actually cheaper though, the retail version is the deluxe edition which is available for £28 from stores or £35 on psn.

The Deluxe Edition includes the Buddy Pass, allowing you and a friend to play the entire game together, even if they don't own the game themselves.

This edition also features the Cyborg Skin Pack, which includes:
- Cyborg player skin
- Titanium alloy skins for all weapons
- Titanium alloy hatchet
- Titanium alloy knife
- Armor-boosting pep signal

Madness to buy a Wolfenstein game on release. They are ALWAYS deeply discounted within a couple of months.

well yeah, unless you want to play it as soon as it's released.
Then there's also a solid argument that when bought on release and completed quickly, a (physical) copy can be sold on for a minimal loss. Or if somebody has psn credit sitting there, this digital option might interest them.

So I see what you're saying for sure but it's not the same rule for everybody, and the deal is there.

By that statement it is madness to buy anything ever then on release as everything gets discounted. At this price the game looks a bargain, quite easily could have been sold at around £40.

Some people prefer digital to disk. I tend to. I know it sounds seriously lazy, but I like the convenience of not getting off the sofa to look for a game I want to play. And I don't have to mess around swapping the disks. I offset this against the time I take to actually play the game, the value of what it will be worth in 3-4 years time if I don't want to play it again, and if I can actually be bothered to trade it anyway. That's not to say I won't pick up a disk version if it's at a great price.

Oh yeah I totally get that dude, I'm the same if its a game I know I'll play a ton or get it cheap. I just thought it was daft making a 'deal' out of an rrp game that has unlimited stock.
