It probably was never that high. A good price is probably 25 (shown here: docs.google.com/spr…dit)

You’re looking at the regular Woodford Bourbon my friend, not the Rye version but I appreciate you double checking anyway
ah ok sry
It's (rye) reduced to £25 at ASDA sometimes.

really nice rye but its a little too pricey at this imo. worth the £25 when asda put the deal on.
I’ve seen this rye version regularly at £25 in the supermarket, so I wouldn’t be rushing to get it at this

The reserve version?
Regularly appears at £20-£25.
I love the regular woodfords, if you're a fan of rye, then worth a buy but I personally prefer the normal stuff.

Most of you are getting this confused with the regular Woodford Bourbon and so voting it cold... it’s never been less than £28 on amazon so I think you are wrong

Any proof of that? It’s never been less than £28 on Amazon and they tend to match most deals

What other version is there? Woodford Reserve is the name of the brand

Type woodford reserve rye into the search. It has been £25 a number of times at various places. I haven’t voted cold as its not that price right now, but i’d not call £5.99 more than that a great deal personally

Both rye and "regular" where 25 in ASDA for a long period. The rye is lovely worth £30.99

I see it was £25 at Asda, but that was about a year ago so it may never get that low again. Il keep an eye out anyway.
But I wouldn’t say being £25 a year ago “regularly £20-£25” personally.

Not sure why I replied to the wrong comment The person was asking if I was talking about “the reserve version”, but reserve is only mentioned in the brand name so I wasn’t sure what they meant. I definitely mean the green labelled rye version

I’ve never seen it lower than £25. Wasn’t me saying 20-25, but fair play it isn’t £25 now which is fair enough

My Heaven.

I want to try the double oaked next since I like the regular so much. They also do a “masters collection”...

Yes, I agree double oaked next, and I've just been looking through the masters collection after seeing that pic.
I could afford a bottle but could I justify it when the regular stuff is so great? I'm not for buying them just to sit on a shelf.
Don't understand why so little heat on this. Such an amazing rye at a pretty decent price.
Got this a couple of days ago for this price. I think it's a good deal.

90% of the people voting see the bottle and think “wait I’ve seen that for £20” but they actual thinking about the normal bourbon bottle, which looks very similar. So that’s why it’s cold
I've been to the distillery near Lexington, Kentucky, really picturesque place and very ummm, educational, hic 😋
If i remember rightly Woodford Reserve also own Jack Daniels, albeit thats down in Lynchburg, Tennessee. That was equally educational 😁🥃🥃

No idea why this is cold. It’s an amazing Rye whisky. Lovely and rich and marizipanny with a spicy kick. Worth £31 all day long. Great price. Yes, it was £25 at ASDA a year or so ago (I bought 4 bottles). Unlikely you’ll ever see that deal again. Maybe, maybe not.

id love to try the wheat version but whisky exchange are far too greedy!
