Wait for Asda to sell the Rye for £25. It is worth the £2 more.

I got the three and didn't get on with them. Have a dram of their straight malt and i don't think i'd get any again. Wild Turkey and Bullit over these. But the price is good, hot on that.
I agree I prefer Wild Turkey 101 too. And also Four Roses Small Batch too.

Need to get some four roses. Enjoyed the 101 too, sneaks up on you at that proof

You drunk half the bottle and wonder why you had a headache. I would be on the floor in convulsions.

Half a bottle/350ml of whisky's not too daunting actually, I do more than that whenever I go to a whisky festival (I like to try at least 40 whiskies when I'm at one). It's still more than enough to give you a headache though!

I've said it before on here and I'll say it again: Woodford's Reserve is the best bourbon you can find on the shelves of pretty much any supermarket in the UK. Wild Turkey 101 and Four Roses Small Batch are also pretty great, but they're not widely available in stores, in fact I've never seen Four Roses anywhere near me in the West Midlands.

Personally I think Woodford's Reserve is as good as Wild Turkey 101 and Four Roses, but the Woodford Reserve Double Oaked blows both away, although that's around £44 a bottle. Sometimes it drops to around £37 on amazon and is defniitely one to try at that price!

Wild turkey 101 is in Tesco now, goes down to £26 when it is on offer
Yeah you can find it in some Tesco stores, but not all. I don't think any of the stores near me stock it.
