Woolworths SALE & Offer Price Glitch on toys gives items free

OK here goes - Woolworths have put a number of items in the sale which used to be in a 2 for £15 offer. If you add 2 items to your basket from the sale items that are also in the 2 for £15, it gives you the cheapest item free.
e.g. Minnie mouse tin of 50 pencil crayons was £10 now £4.50, minnie mouse paint your own figure was £10 now £4. It gives you the £4 item for free so you get both for £4.50

There are loads of kids craft sets for £4 in this offer so would be £2 each +P&P. I'm getting some to put away as gifts for my boys friends numerous birthdays

***AMEND - Reports below it's also working on Isme and Very sites, various reports of delivery collect+ free not working on Woolworths but seems to be working on very for some***

7% quidco cashback for new customers, 1% for existing.

Site says Collect+ delivery option is free or standard postage is £3.95

Loads of other toys in the sale here not in the 2 for offer- woolworths.co.uk/toy…e,1

There is also a 2 for £40 offer which works with the sale items and takes £10 off items in this category - but only a couple of things in the sale in this one but good if it's things you want. woolworths.co.uk/buy…e,1

The stores did, but the shop direct group that owns Very etc bought the brand and now have the website.

They closed down in Exeter - I remember walking around and picking up net curtain rods for about 10 p a piece.

I choose home delivery for £1.50

Collect plus delivery is £3.95 but if you get them delivered to your house its only £1.50 so its £5.50 inc delivery

worked for me on 2 x sale items , delivery £1.50 to home address or £3.95 on collect

Website is just like Very... Tried to buy something clicked checkout and now its offering me a credit account.......................... i just want to pay for the pencils FFS

Application Successful!
Just a few more clicks and you will have £3000.00 to spend.

Nevermind i found the checkout option its hidden at the bottom

Any £15 off code for first credit order ?

Charging me £3.95 click n collect also.

thank you ordered a few birthday presents cheaper getting home delivery rather than click and collect though how strange!(_;)

It doesn't offer me a £1.50 charge. It puts in an automatic £3.95 charge.

Must be cheaper for under £5 spend.
I added another 2 things to see if the offer still worked with more than 2 items in the basket.......... it does but the delivery charge goes to £3.95

thank you ordered a few birthday presents cheaper getting home delivery rather than click and collect though how strange!(_;)

queue the moans when orders are cancelled prior dispatch and nothing you can do as contract of sale created until they take money from your banks clearing account which won't happen until orders are dispatched

some companies do charge for c+c as they promote the convenience.

this is how it works on very too. put me off order in for ages until I realised you need to go right to end

Woolworths prices are still stuck in 2008. A tad OT, but look at the outrageous prices they're charging for DVDs. oO
