Can I just ask where you saw the bench? Can't seem to find it on their website. Really interested in buying a cheap workout bench. Also interested in their kettlebells which seem really cheap.

Not that I'm in the market for it - but; can you adjust the lines at all?

Of course, the dumbbells are going to be pretty much useless - maybe for making cardio a little harder, but nothing more useful.

Was thinking about doing some decline exercises eg decline bench press, but this doesn't look like it could handle it

I'll take that bet.
After losing a load of weight last year, I started doing a strong-lifts program, now reduced to 'the big three' (with pulls ups added) as need to lose a bit more.
Not amazing stats or owt - squatting 125% of bodyweight, but steadily climbing so far, despite on an overall deficit.

You lose.

Oh and yes, not only have I done 'body pump' in the past, but after coercion was applied to 'just dance', we added weights to man it up a bit.

Tried earlier; 50+kg on the bar, 20+kg on dumbbells :).
